−CH2O(CO)NH2、−CH2OCN、−CH2OP(O)(OH)2、
−CH2OP(O)Cl2または−SO2Fを表す]
で示される官能基含有フッ素化ビニルエーテル化合物が挙げられ、より具体的には、好ましくは、

CF2=CF−O−CF2CF2−SO2F
或いは、式、
CF2=CF[OCF2CF(CF3)]O(CF2)2−Y
(式中、Yは−SO2F、−CN、−COOH 又は −COOCH3)
或いは、式、
CF2=CF[OCF2CF(CF3)]O(CF2)2−CH2−Z
(式中、Zは−COOH、−OH、OCN、−OP(O)(OH)2、
−OP(O)Cl2 又は −O(CO)NH2)
などで表わされるものが挙げられる。
熱溶融性フッ素樹脂複合体組成物を350℃で溶融圧縮成形することによって作成された厚み約0.3mm、直径130mmのフィルムについて、柴田化学工業製ガス透過度測定装置(S−69型160ml)を使用して、温度23℃で測定した。測定値は10−11cm3(STP)cm/cm2・sec・cmHgで示した。
熱溶融性フッ素樹脂複合体組成物を350℃で溶融圧縮成形したビレット(径:35mm、高さ:40mm)から旋盤で切削した直径30mm、高さ7mmの試料について、京都電子工業製ホットデスク法熱物性測定装置(TPA−501型)を使用して、試料押圧トルク70cN・m、温度23℃で測定した。尚、熱伝導度測定は、グラファイト入り熱溶融性フッ素樹脂複合体組成物についてのみに行った。
熱溶融性フッ素樹脂複合体組成物を350℃で溶融圧縮成形することによって作成された厚み約1.5mm試料より、12mm×45mm×1.5mmの試験片を作り、Rheometric Scientific社製ARES動的粘弾性測定装置を使用して、Torsion Mode、1Hz、昇温速度5℃/minで測定した。
乳化重合により得られた30重量%PFA水性分散液(融点307℃、MFR=1.9g/10分)60kgを、ダウンフロータイプのプロペラ型6枚羽根付き撹拌シャフトと排水手段を有する撹拌槽(100L)に入れ、300rpmで撹拌しながら60%硝酸500gを加えた。さらに300rpmで10分間撹拌し、水性分散液が凝集した後、450rpmで20分間撹拌することによりPFA凝集粒子を水性重合媒体上に浮上、浮揚させ、水性重合媒体と分離した。その後水性重合媒体を撹拌槽から排出し、次いで撹拌槽に水を入れてPFA凝集粒子を水洗した後、PFA凝集粒子を160℃で24時間乾燥させ、PFA微粉を得た。得られたPFA微粉の平均粒径は3μmであった。
PFA微粉を80重量%及び人工グラファイトを20重量%用いた以外は、実施例1と同様にして熱溶融性フッ素樹脂複合体組成物を得た。得られた複合体組成物の窒素ガス透過度及び熱伝導度を測定した。結果を表1に示す。
PFA微粉を90、85又は80重量%用い、層状化合物として人工グラファイトの代わりに高純度天然グラファイト(株式会社 エスイーシー製、SNO−3、平均粒径3μm)を10、15又は20重量%用いた以外は、実施例1と同様にして熱溶融性フッ素樹脂複合体組成物を得た。得られた複合体組成物の窒素ガス透過度及び熱伝導度を測定した。結果を表1に示す。
層状粘土化合物として合成フッ素マイカ(コープケミカル製、ソマシフME−100、平均粒径4.6μm)を用い、特開2003−238819号公報に準拠して、テトラフェニルホスホニウムイオンを用い、合成フッ素マイカのイオン交換量が100gあたり80meqになる有機化した合成フッ素マイカを得た。得られたテトラフェニルホスホニウムイオンを使用した合成フッ素マイカの熱分解開始温度は約450℃であった(空気90cc/分、昇温:10℃/分)。
ホスホニウムイオンで有機化処理した合成フッ素マイカを5、10重量%用い、PFA微粉を95、90重量%用いた以外は、実施例6と同様にして熱溶融性フッ素樹脂複合体組成物を得た。得られた複合体組成物の窒素ガス透過度及び貯蔵弾性率を測定した。結果を表2に示す。
実施例1と同様にして得られたPFA微粉75重量%、テトラフルオロエチレンとパーフルオロ(プロピルビニルエーテル)(PPVE)とCF2=CF[OCF2CF(CF3)]OCF2CF2CH2OHとの3元共重合体である官能基含有PFA微粉(PPVE含量3.7重量%、上記水酸基含量モノマー含量1.0重量%、メルトフローレート15g/10分)20重量%、及び実施例6と同様にして得られたホスホニウムイオンで有機化処理した合成フッ素マイカ5重量%を、高速回転混合機(カッターミキサー、愛工舎製作所製、AC−200S)に投入し、3600rpm(周速度75.3m/s)で20分間混合して熱溶融性フッ素樹脂粉末組成物を得た。得られた粉末組成物を溶融混合2軸押出機(東洋精機製作所、ラボプラトミル30C150)で350℃、50rpmで溶融混合し、熱溶融性フッ素樹脂複合体組成物を得た。得られた複合体組成物の窒素ガス透過度及び貯蔵弾性率を測定した。結果を表2に示す。
実施例1で得られたPFA微粉95重量%及び実施例6で得られたテトラフェニルホスホニウムイオンで有機化処理した合成フッ素マイカ5重量%を、溶融混合2軸押出機(東洋精機製作所、ラボプラトミル30C150)で350℃、50rpmで溶融混合した。得られた混合物の窒素ガス透過度及び貯蔵弾性率熱を測定した。結果を表2に示す。
実施例1と同様にして得られたPFA微粉のみからなる熱溶融性フッ素樹脂複合体組成物の窒素ガス透過度、貯蔵弾性率及び熱伝導度を測定した。結果を表1、2に示す。
PFAペレット(テフロン(登録商標) PFA 350Jペレット;三井・デュポンフロロケミカル株式会社製)85重量%及び人工グラファイト(TIMCAL社製、TIMREX KS4、平均粒径2.4μm)15重量%を、溶融混合2軸押出機(東洋精機製作所、ラボプラトミル30C150)で350℃、50rpmで溶融混合した。得られた混合物の窒素ガス透過度、貯蔵弾性率及び熱伝導度を測定した。結果を表1に示す。
人工グラファイトの代わりに、実施例6と同様にして得られたホスホニウムイオンで有機化処理した合成フッ素マイカを5重量%用いた以外は、比較例2と同様にして混合物を得た。得られた混合物の窒素ガス透過度及び貯蔵弾性率を測定した。結果を表2に示す。
Claims (8)
- 熱溶融性フッ素樹脂微粉及びテトラフェニルホスホニウムイオンで有機化処理された層状化合物からなる熱溶融性フッ素樹脂複合体組成物。
- 熱溶融性フッ素樹脂微粉が、熱溶融性フッ素樹脂のコロイド状微粒子が凝集した平均粒径10μm以下の凝集粉末である請求項1に記載の熱溶融性フッ素樹脂複合体組成物。
- 熱溶融性フッ素樹脂が、テトラフルオロエチレン、ヘキサフルオロプロピレン、パーフルオロ(アルキルビニルエーテル)、ビニリデンフルオライド及びビニルフルオライドから選ばれるモノマーの重合体又は共重合体、あるいはこれらモノマーとエチレン或いはプロピレンとの共重合体である、請求項1又は2に記載の熱溶融性フッ素樹脂複合体組成物。
- 熱溶融性フッ素樹脂の少なくとも一部が、官能基含有熱溶融性フッ素樹脂である、請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の熱溶融性フッ素樹脂複合体組成物。
- 層状化合物が、平均粒径10μm以下であって、粘土鉱物、マイカ及びグラファイトから選ばれる少なくとも1種である、請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載の熱溶融性フッ素樹脂複合体組成物。
- 層状化合物が、粘土鉱物又はマイカである請求項5記載の熱溶融性フッ素樹脂複合体組成物。
- 窒素ガス透過度が、層状化合物を含まない熱溶融性フッ素樹脂の窒素ガス透過度の0.60倍以下である、請求項6に記載の熱溶融性フッ素樹脂複合体組成物。
- 25℃での貯蔵弾性率が、層状化合物を含まない熱溶融性フッ素樹脂の1.5倍以上である、請求項6又は7に記載の熱溶融性フッ素樹脂複合体組成物。
