Description
車軸に動力を出力して走行する自動車に搭載され、前記車軸を駆動する駆動装置であって、
前記車軸に動力を出力可能な動力手段と、
前記駆動装置の下部に形成され前記動力手段の複数の機械部分の少なくとも一部が各々浸漬されるよう液状媒体を貯留する下部貯留部と、前記駆動装置の上部の異なる複数の位置に形成され前記複数の機械部分によって各々掻き上げられた液状媒体を貯留する複数の上部貯留部とを有し、前記複数の上部貯留部に各々貯留されている液状媒体を重力により前記動力手段の異なる複数の所定部位に各々供給する液状媒体供給手段と、
を備えることを要旨とする。

右端で支持するベアリング81に至る油路53が形成されている。モータシャフト48は、内部に油路53に接続する油路48aが形成されると共に油路48aからモータシャフト48を図中中間部で支持するベアリング83に至る貫通孔48bが形成されている。また、キャッチタンク52の底部には、カウンターシャフト72を図6中右端で支持するベアリング84に至る図示しない油路も形成されている。
Claims (9)
- 車軸に動力を出力して走行する自動車に搭載され、前記車軸を駆動する駆動装置であって、
前記車軸に動力を出力可能な動力手段と、
前記駆動装置の下部に形成され前記動力手段の複数の機械部分の少なくとも一部が各々浸漬されるよう液状媒体を貯留する下部貯留部と、前記駆動装置の上部の異なる複数の位置に形成され前記複数の機械部分によって各々掻き上げられた液状媒体を貯留する複数の上部貯留部とを有し、前記複数の上部貯留部に各々貯留されている液状媒体を重力により前記動力手段の異なる複数の所定部位に各々供給する液状媒体供給手段と、
を備え、
前記動力手段は、少なくとも一部が前記下部貯留部に貯留されている液状媒体に浸漬された回転電機と、少なくとも一部が前記下部貯留部に貯留されている液状媒体に浸漬され前記回転電機の回転軸と前記車軸とを機械的に接続するギヤ機構とを有し、
前記複数の上部貯留部は、前記回転電機によって掻き上げられた液状媒体を貯留する第1の上部貯留部と、前記ギヤ機構に含まれる何れかのギヤに対応するように配置されて当該対応するギヤによって掻き上げられた液状媒体を貯留する複数の第2の上部貯留部とを有し、
前記駆動装置の姿勢に応じて前記ギヤの少なくとも何れかが前記下部貯留部に貯留されている液状媒体を対応する前記第2の上部貯留部に掻き上げ可能である駆動装置。 - 前記液状媒体供給手段は、前記動力手段の複数の機械部分の少なくとも一つによって掻き上げられた液状媒体の方向を変更して対応する上部貯留部にガイドする少なくとも一つのガイド部を有する手段である請求項1記載の駆動装置。
- 請求項1または2記載の駆動装置であって、
前記液状媒体供給手段は、前記第1の上部貯留部に貯留されている液状媒体を前記複数の所定部位のうち前記第1の上部貯留部周辺の部位に供給し、前記第2の上部貯留部に貯留されている液状媒体を前記複数の所定部位のうち前記第2の上部貯留部周辺の部位に供給する手段である

前記回転電機は、該回転電機の回転軸が前記車軸に略平行となるよう横置きに配置され、
前記第1の上部貯留部は、前記回転電機に対して前記車軸側に該回転電機に隣接した位置に形成されてなる
駆動装置。 - 前記回転電機は、回転子に突極が形成されてなるモータである請求項3または4記載の駆動装置。
- 前記回転電機は、回転子に前記第1の上部貯留部への液状媒体の掻き上げを促進する掻き上げ促進手段が形成されてなる請求項3ないし5いずれか記載の駆動装置。
- 請求項1から6の何れかに記載の駆動装置であって、
前記回転電機は、その回転軸が前記車軸に略平行となるよう横置きに配置され、
前記ギヤ機構は、少なくともそれぞれの一部が前記下部貯留部に貯留されている液状媒体に浸漬されると共に、それぞれの軸心が前記車軸と略直交する方向に離間されている少なくとも2つの大径ギヤを含み、
前記複数の第2の上部貯留部には、前記各大径ギヤに対応するように配置された少なくとも2つの上部貯留部が含まれている駆動装置。 - 請求項1から7の何れかに記載の駆動装置であって、
前記複数の第2の上部貯留部は、前記ギヤ機構の周辺に配置されている駆動装置。 - 請求項1ないし8いずれか記載の駆動装置を搭載する自動車。
