Claims (10)
- 차축에 동력을 출력하여 주행하는 자동차에 탑재되며, 상기 차축을 구동하는 구동 장치에 있어서,상기 차축에 동력을 출력하는 동력원 유닛; 및하부 유체 저장부 및 복수 개의 상부 유체 저장부를 포함하고, 상기 복수의 상부 유체 저장부에 저장된 유동 매체가 중력에 의해 흘러내려 상기 동력원 유닛의 복수의 상이한 개소에 공급되도록 하는 유동 매체 공급 기구를 포함하여 이루어지고,상기 하부 유체 저장부는 상기 구동 장치의 하부에 형성되어 상기 동력원 유닛의 복수의 기계 장치의 적어도 일부가 각각 침적되도록 그 내부에 유동 매체를 저장시키고,상기 복수의 상부 유체 저장부는 상기 구동 장치의 상부의 복수의 상이한 위치에 형성되어 상기 복수의 기계 장치에 의하여 퍼올려진 상기 유동 매체를 저장시키되,상기 복수의 상부 유체 저장부 중 적어도 두 개는 서로에 대해 독립적으로 형성되어, 상기 유동 매체를 상기 동력원 유닛의 서로 다른 위치에 서로에 대해 독립적으로 공급하는 것을 특징으로 하는 구동 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 유동 매체 공급 기구는, 상기 동력원 유닛의 복수의 기계 장치 중 적어도 하나에 의하여 퍼올려진 상기 유동 매체의 유동 방향을 변경하고, 상기 유동 매체의 변경된 유동을 상기 적어도 하나의 기계 장치에 대응하는 상기 상부 유체 저장부 중 적어도 하나에 유도되는 하나 이상의 가이드 부재를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 구동 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 동력원 유닛은, 상기 하부 유체 저장부에 저장된 상기 유동 매체에 적어도 일부가 침적되는 회전 전기 장치, 및 상기 하부 유체 저장부에 저장된 유동 매체에 적어도 일부가 침적되는 기어 트레인을 포함하며, 상기 기어 트레인은 상기 회전 전기 장치의 회전 축을 상기 자동차의 차축에 기계적으로 연결시키고,상기 복수의 상부 유체 저장부는, 상기 회전 전기 장치에 의하여 퍼올려진 유동 매체를 저장하기 위한 제 1 상부 유체 저장부 및 상기 기어 트레인에 의하여 퍼올려진 유동 매체를 저장하기 위한 제 2 상부 유체 저장부를 포함하고,상기 유동 매체 공급 기구는, 상기 제 1 상부 유체 저장부에 저장된 유동 매체를 상기 동력원 유닛의 복수의 상이한 개소 중 상기 제 1 상부 유체 저장부에 가까운 소정 개소에 공급하며, 상기 제 2 상부 유체 저장부에 저장된 유동 매체를 상기 동력원 유닛의 복수의 상이한 개소 중 상기 제 2 상부 유체 저장부에 가까운 소정 개소에 공급하는 것을 특징으로 하는 구동 장치.
- 제 3 항에 있어서,상기 회전 전기 장치는, 상기 회전 축이 상기 자동차의 차축에 실질적으로 평행하도록 횡으로 배열되고,상기 제 1 상부 유체 저장부는, 상기 차축 측 상의 상기 회전 전기 장치에 인접하여 위치하는 것을 특징으로 하는 구동 장치.
- 제 3 항에 있어서,상기 회전 전기 장치는, 표면에 돌출 극을 가지는 로터를 구비한 모터인 것을 특징으로 하는 구동 장치.
- 제 3 항에 있어서,상기 회전 전기 장치는, 제 1 상부 유체 저장부에 상기 유동 매체의 퍼올림을 촉진하기 위한 퍼올림 촉진 부재를 가지는 로터를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 구동 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 동력원 유닛은, 회전 전기 장치, 및 상기 하부 유체 저장부에 저장된 유동 매체에 적어도 일부가 침적되는 기어 트레인을 포함하며, 상기 기어 트레인은 상기 회전 전기 장치의 회전 축을 상기 자동차의 차축에 기계적으로 연결시키고,상기 상부 유체 저장부 각각은, 상기 기어 트레인의 임의의 기어에 대응하도록 배치되고, 대응하는 상기 기어에 의하여 퍼올려진 유동 매체를 저장하며, 상기 상부 유체 저장부에 대응하는 적어도 하나의 기어는, 상기 구동 장치의 경사진 정도에 따라 상기 하부 유체 저장부에 저장된 유동 매체를 대응하는 상기 상부 유체 저장부로 퍼올릴 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 구동 장치.
- 제 7 항에 있어서,상기 회전 전기 장치는, 상기 회전 축이 상기 자동차의 차축에 실질적으로 평행하도록 횡으로 배열되고,상기 기어 트레인은, 각각 축 중심을 가지는 동시에 그 일부가 상기 하부 유체 저장부에 저장된 상기 유동 매체에 침적되는 적어도 2개의 큰 직경의 기어를 포함하고, 상기 큰 직경의 기어들의 축 중심들은 상기 자동차의 상기 차축에 실질적으로 수직하는 방향으로 서로 이격되어 있고,상기 복수의 상부 유체 저장부는, 각각 상기 큰 직경의 기어에 대응하도록 배열되는 적어도 2개의 상부 유체 저장부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 구동 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 동력원 유닛은, 회전 전기 장치, 및 상기 하부 유체 저장부에 저장된 유동 매체에 적어도 일부가 침적되는 기어 트레인을 포함하며, 상기 기어 트레인은 상기 회전 전기 장치의 회전 축을 상기 자동차의 차축에 기계적으로 연결시키고,상기 상부 유체 저장부는, 상기 기어 트레인의 바깥 둘레에 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 구동 장치.
- 제 1 항에 따른 구동 장치가 탑재되는 자동차.
