Description
得られた金属微粒子及び合金微粒子の表面は、金属状態であることが好ましいが、少なくともその一部が酸化された状態であってもよい。

In金属微粒子を用いた実施例2〜4の場合、得られた膜の透過率(%)は良好であるが、表面抵抗値(Ω/□)はIn−Sn合金微粒子を用いた場合と比べ、1〜2桁高い値を示したが、十分実用に耐えるものであった。In金属微粒子の場合、このように高い値を示したのは、イオン化されたSnドナーが伝導に寄与していないためである。
Claims (7)
- In、In−Sn合金、In−Zn合金、Sn−Sb合金、及びZn−Al合金から選ばれた金属微粒子を含有する分散液を基材に塗布後、不活性ガス雰囲気中、還元性ガス雰囲気中、及び10 −5 〜10 3 Paの真空雰囲気中から選ばれた前記金属や合金が酸化しない雰囲気中で焼成し、その後、酸化性ガス雰囲気中で焼成して、透明導電膜を形成することを特徴とする透明導電膜の形成方法。
- 前記酸化性ガス雰囲気中での焼成後、更に還元性ガス雰囲気中又は真空雰囲気中で焼成することを特徴とする請求項1記載の透明導電膜の形成方法。
- 前記不活性ガス雰囲気が、希ガス、二酸化炭素及び窒素から選ばれた少なくとも1種の不活性ガスの雰囲気であり、還元性ガス雰囲気が、水素、一酸化炭素及び低級アルコールから選ばれた少なくとも1種の還元性ガスの雰囲気であることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の透明導電膜の形成方法。
- 前記真空雰囲気が、希ガス、二酸化炭素及び窒素から選ばれた少なくとも1種の不活性ガス、酸素及び水蒸気から選ばれた少なくとも1種の酸化性ガス、水素、一酸化炭素及び低級アルコールから選ばれた少なくとも1種の還元性ガス、又は前記不活性ガスと酸化性ガス若しくは還元性ガスとの混合ガスを含んでいることを特徴とする請求項2記載の透明導電膜の形成方法。
- 前記酸化性ガス雰囲気が、酸素、水蒸気、酸素含有ガス又は水蒸気含有ガスを含んでいることを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載の透明導電膜の形成方法。
- 前記金属微粒子が、その微粒子の周りに有機化合物が付着してなる微粒子であることを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれかに記載の透明導電膜の形成方法。
- 請求項1〜6のいずれかに記載の方法により形成した透明導電膜からなることを特徴とする透明電極。
