Description
表1に示す各成分を同表に示す組成で上から順に配合し、コーティング剤組成物を調製した。
(CH2)3SiO(CH3HSiO)50Si(CH3)3で表されるポリメチルハイドロジェンシロキサンを30重量%の割合で含有する機械乳化エマルジョンである。
{H2N(CH2)2NH(CH2)3}SiO[{(CH3)2SiO}15OH]3で表されるアミノ基含有ポリシロキサンを30重量%の割合で含有する乳化重合エマルジョンであり、水溶性アミノシリコーンは、平均式;(CH3)3SiO[{H2N(CH2)2NH(CH2)3}CH3SiO]100(CH3)3で表される。
被膜表面に1mm間隔で縦横に各11本の平行線を入れて100個のマス目をクロスカットし、その上に粘着テープを付着させた。その後粘着テープを剥離し、剥離しないマス目の数を測定した。なお、粘着テープとしては、ポリエステルテープ上にシリコーン粘着剤YR3340(ジーイー東芝シリコーン(株)製)を40μmの厚さにコーティングした後、恒温高湿室に48時間放置したものを使用した。
ヘキサンを含浸させたワイピングペーパーで、被膜表面を30往復摩擦し、摩擦後の被膜の状態を調べた。
被膜の表面に幅10mm、長さ100mmのガラス板を置き、200gの荷重をかけてガラス板を900mm/min.の速度で移動させた。そして、得られる引っ張り応力から動摩擦係数を求めた。なお、最大静止摩擦係数はガラス板が動き出すときの値である。
厚さ2mm、幅20mmで接触面が曲面加工された図1に示すガラス板を摩耗子として用い、この摩耗子を被膜表面に400gの荷重で押し付け、15cmの距離を60回/min.の速度で往復させる摩耗性試験を行なった。耐摩耗性は、発泡EPDMゴムシートの表面が摩耗により擦り切れた時の往復回数により評価した。
幅100mm、長さ100mmのガラス板上に0.5mLの水を均一に拡げ、被膜表面をガラス板に擦り付けた際に発生する音を調べた。音が発生しないものを良好とした。
コーティング剤組成物の調製後、室温(25℃)において液にゲルが生成するまでの時間を調べた。
Claims (6)
- (A)25℃における粘度が50〜10,000,000mPa・sで両末端が水酸基で封鎖されたポリジオルガノシロキサンと、
(B)1分子中にケイ素原子に結合した水素原子を少なくとも3個有するポリオルガノハイドロジェンシロキサンと、
(C)硬化触媒と、
(D)塩素化ポリオレフィンおよび/またはアクリル変性ポリオレフィン
をそれぞれ含有するエマルジョンに、
(E)JIS K 6253に拠り測定された硬さが90未満のゴム状弾性体から成る球状微粒子を混合し分散してなることを特徴とするコーティング剤組成物。 - 前記(E)成分の球状微粒子が、JIS K 6253に拠り測定された硬さが60〜80のゴム状弾性体から成る球状微粒子であることを特徴とする請求項1記載のコーティング剤組成物。
- 前記(D)成分である塩素化ポリオレフィンとアクリル変性ポリオレフィンの合計含有量が、前記(A)成分のポリジオルガノシロキサン100重量部に対して、5〜150重量部であることを特徴とする請求項1または2記載のコーティング剤組成物。
- 前記(E)ゴム状弾性体の球状微粒子の含有量が、前記(A)成分のポリジオルガノシロキサン100重量部に対して、10〜150重量部であることを特徴とする請求項1または2記載のコーティング剤組成物。
- アルキルアミンオキサイドおよび/または非水溶性アミノ基含有ポリオルガノシロキサンをさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項1または2記載のコーティング剤組成物。
- 発泡あるいは非発泡のエチレン−プロピレン−ジエン三元共重合体から成る成形体の上に塗布されることを特徴とする請求項1または2記載のコーティング剤組成物。
