Description
しかしながら、このような従来のエマルジョン系離型剤は、離型効果が長続きせず、1回乃至数回程度の成形の繰り返しで、その効果が失われてしまうという問題があった。このため、通常、1回の成形毎、少ない場合でも2,3回の成形毎に離型剤を塗布しているのが実状で、効率が悪いばかりでなく、製品のコストアップの要因にもなっている。
(A)25℃における動粘度が500〜10,000,000cStのポリジオルガノシロキサンを含有するシリコーンエマルジョン
(B)無水マレイン酸アクリル変性ポリオレフィンエマルジョン
(C)アミノシランおよび/またはその部分加水分解物
を含有することを特徴とする離型剤組成物である。
表1に示された組成の本発明の離型剤組成物(実施例1〜4)および比較組成物(比較例1〜6)を、表に記載した成分を上から順に配合し調製した。
○:塗布に適する均一な溶液
×:オイル浮きや成分の凝集分離などで塗布に適しない溶液
さらに下記に示す方法で離型性を評価した。
Claims (2)
- (A)25℃における動粘度が500〜10,000,000cStのポリジオルガノシロキサンを含有するシリコーンエマルジョン
(B)無水マレイン酸アクリル変性ポリオレフィンエマルジョン
(C)アミノシランおよび/またはその部分加水分解物
を含有することを特徴とする離型剤組成物。 - 前記(A)成分のシリコーンエマルジョンのシリコーン分100重量部あたり、前記(B)成分のオレフィンエマルジョンのオレフィン分10〜300重量部、 (C)成分を10〜80重量部それぞれ含有することを特徴とする請求項1の離型剤組成物。
