Claims (2)
- 入力軸(16)に固定される固定プーリ半体(62)とともにドライブプーリ(58)を構成する可動プーリ半体(63)が、出力軸(61)に装着されるドリブンプーリ(59)側に動力を伝達する無端状のVベルト(60)を巻き掛けるようにして前記固定プーリ半体(62)との間に形成するベルト溝(64)の幅を変化させるべく軸方向に相対移動することを可能として前記入力軸(16)に相対回転不能に結合され、前記入力軸(16)の軸線方向にスライド可能なスライドギヤ(114)の一端部が軸方向相対移動を不能とするとともに軸線まわりの相対回転を可能として前記可動プーリ半体(63)に連結され、軸方向位置および軸線まわりの位置を一定として前記入力軸(16)と同軸に配置される円筒状のねじ軸(115)に前記スライドギヤ(114)が螺合されるVベルト式無段変速機において、
前記スライドギヤ(114)および前記ねじ軸(115)の螺合部が、円筒部とその円筒部一端に連なる端壁(116a)とを有して有底円筒状に形成されるカバー(116)で覆われ、
前記スライドギヤ(114)および前記ねじ軸(115)と、前記カバー(116)の前記円筒部の内周に当接する環状のシール部材(124)と、前記カバー(116)とにより、前記螺合部の軸方向一端と前記端壁(116a)の内面との間に介在して前記円筒部で囲繞される環状室(123)が形成され、
その環状室(123)の内周側に一端を開口する連通孔(126)の他端が、前記螺合部よりも径方向内方側に配置されて前記螺合部の軸方向他端に通じる空室(125)に連通していることを特徴とするVベルト式無段変速機。 - 前記入力軸(16)に対する軸方向位置を一定に定めて該入力軸(16)を同軸に囲繞する前記ねじ軸(115)が、その軸線まわりの回転方向に対しては防振部材(120)を変速機ケース(51)との間に介在して位置決めされることを特徴とする請求項1記載のVベルト式無段変速機。
