Claims (5)
- 駆動軸(32)に固定される固定シーブ(73)と、
前記駆動軸(32)を受け入れる可動シーブボス(74a)を有し、前記固定シーブ(73)に向き合わせられながら前記駆動軸(32)の軸方向に移動可能に前記駆動軸(32)に支持される可動シーブ(74)と、
前記固定シーブ(73)および前記可動シーブ(74)の間に巻き掛けられるVベルト(71)と、
カム面(87a)を有するカム部材(87)を含み、当該カム部材(87)に対向配置されるウエイト保持プレート(92)および前記カム面(87a)の間に遠心ウエイト(93)を挟み、前記駆動軸(32)の回転に伴う遠心力により前記遠心ウエイト(93)を駆動して前記可動シーブ(74)を前記軸方向に移動させる第1シフト機構(75a)と、
転がり軸受け(112)を介して前記可動シーブボス(74a)に相対回転自在かつ軸方向移動不能に装着される駆動アーム(111)を含み、前記駆動アーム(111)に連結されるアクチュエーター(115)の駆動力を前記可動シーブ(74)に伝達することで前記可動シーブ(74)を前記軸方向に移動させる第2シフト機構(75b)と、
前記カム部材(87)および前記ウエイト保持プレート(92)の間に配置されて、前記可動シーブボス(74a)に結合されて前記可動シーブボス(74a)上に前記カム部材(87)または前記ウエイト保持プレート(92)を保持する締結部材(102)と
を備えた電子制御Vベルト式無段変速機において、
前記締結部材(102)の内周面に、前記可動シーブボス(74a)に螺合するねじ溝を有する螺合部(103)と、オイルシール部材(105)が圧入される圧入部(104)とを備える
ことを特徴とする電子制御Vベルト式無段変速機。 - 請求項1に記載の電子制御Vベルト式無段変速機において、前記カム部材(87)は、少なくとも部分的に前記締結部材(102)および前記オイルシール部材(105)を収容する収容凹部(106)を有することを特徴とする電子制御Vベルト式無段変速機。
- 請求項1または2に記載の電子制御Vベルト式無段変速機において、前記締結部材(102)には、前記カム部材(87)に対応して逃げ部(107)が形成されることを特徴とする電子制御Vベルト式無段変速機。
- 請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の電子制御Vベルト式無段変速機において、前記可動シーブボス(74a)の内周面または該内周面に接触する部材(88)の外周面のうち少なくとも一方には駆動軸(32)周りで全周にわたって溝(109)が形成されることを特徴とする電子制御Vベルト式無段変速機。
- 請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の電子制御Vベルト式無段変速機において、前記締結部材(102)と前記可動シーブボス(74a)との間に配置されるOリング(110)を備えることを特徴とする電子制御Vベルト式無段変速機。
