Claims (2)
- 駆動軸(32)に固定される固定シーブ(73)と、
前記駆動軸(32)を受け入れる可動シーブボス(74a)を有し、前記固定シーブ(73)に向き合わせられながら前記駆動軸(32)の軸方向に移動可能に前記駆動軸(32)に支持される可動シーブ(74)と、
前記固定シーブ(73)および前記可動シーブ(74)の間に巻き掛けられるVベルト(71)と、
カム面(87a)を有し、前記可動シーブ(74)の外径よりも小さい外径に形成されるカム部材(87)を含み、当該カム部材(87)に対向配置されるウエイト保持プレート(92)および前記カム面(87a)の間に遠心ウエイト(93)を挟み、前記駆動軸(32)の回転に伴う遠心力により前記遠心ウエイト(93)を駆動して前記可動シーブ(74)を前記軸方向に移動させる第1シフト機構(75a)と、
転がり軸受け(115)を介して前記可動シーブボス(74a)に相対回転自在かつ軸方向移動不能に装着される駆動アーム(114)を含み、前記駆動アーム(114)に連結されるアクチュエーター(123)の駆動力を前記可動シーブ(74)に伝達することで前記可動シーブ(74)を前記軸方向に移動させる第2シフト機構(75b)と、
を備えた電子制御Vベルト式無段変速機において、
前記駆動アーム(114)は、前記可動シーブ(74)の径方向外側に向かって延びる第1アーム部(116)と、前記第1アーム部(116)の先端から屈曲して車幅方向内側に延び、前記カム部材(87)の径方向外側に配置される第2アーム部(117)とを有し、前記第2アーム部(117)の少なくとも一部を前記駆動軸(32)の軸心(Xis)方向で前記可動シーブ(74)と重なるようにしたことを特徴とする電子制御Vベルト式無段変速機。 - 請求項1に記載の電子制御Vベルト式無段変速機において、
前記カム部材(87)に形成されて、前記ウエイト保持プレート(92)の軸方向移動を案内するガイド(94)と、
前記第1アーム部(116)に形成されて、前記駆動軸(32)の回転時に規定される前記ガイド(94)の軌道を迂回する逃げ部(118)と
を有することを特徴とする電子制御Vベルト式無段変速機。
