- 正逆回転可能な電動モータ(60)が取付けられるケース(68)と、このケース(68)に支承されると共に前記電動モータ(60)にギヤ式伝動手段(61)を介して連動、連結されて該電動モータ(60)の作動に応じて軸線まわりに回転しつつ軸方向に作動するスライドギヤ(71)とを備え、前記ケース(68)には、前記スライドギヤ(71)の作動位置を規制する作動位置規制手段(82,144,152,162)が設けられる駆動装置において、
前記作動位置規制手段(82,144,152,162)は、前記ケース(68)との間に衝撃力緩和用の弾性部材(84,146,154,163)を介在させて前記ケース(68)に浮動支持されるストッパ主部(83a,145a,153a)と、このストッパ主部(83a,145a,153a)に一体に連設される規制腕部(83b,145b,153b)とより成るストッパ(83,145,153)を備え、
前記規制腕部(83b,145b,153b)は、前記スライドギヤ(71)の一側面に対向する第1腕部分(a)と、前記スライドギヤ(71)の他側面に対向する第2腕部分(b)と、その第1,第2腕部分(a、b)間を一体に接続する中間部分(c)とで全体が略U字状に形成され、
前記スライドギヤ(71)の前記一側面には、該スライドギヤ(71)の軸方向一方側の移動端で前記規制腕部(83b,145b,153b)の前記第1腕部分(a)に当接する第1の突部(89)が、また前記スライドギヤ(71)の前記他側面には、該スライドギヤ(71)の軸方向他方側の移動端で前記規制腕部(83b,145b,153b)の前記第2腕部分(b)に当接する第2の突部(90)がそれぞれ突設されることを特徴とする駆動装置。 - 前記規制腕部(83b,145b,153b)の前記第1腕部分(a)は、前記スライドギヤ(71)の軸方向一方側の移動端で、前記第1の突部(89)に対し前記スライドギヤ(71)の一方向の回転を規制するように当接し、また前記規制腕部(83b,145b,153b)の前記第2腕部分(b)は、前記スライドギヤ(71)の軸方向他方側の移動端で、前記第2の突部(90)に対し前記スライドギヤ(71)の他方向の回転を規制するように当接することを特徴とする請求項1記載の駆動装置。
- 前記ストッパ主部(83a)に設けられる挿通孔(85)に前記弾性部材(84)が嵌合され、該弾性部材(84)を貫通するボルト(87)が前記ケース(68)に螺合されることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の駆動装置。
- 前記スライドギヤ(71)の軸線と平行な軸線を有して前記ストッパ主部(153a)に設けられる挿通孔(155)に、該挿通孔(155)の内面との間に隙間(159)をあけるとともに前記ケース(68)に螺合されるボルト(158)が挿通されることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の駆動装置。
