Claims (2)
- 입력축(16)에 고정되는 고정 풀리 반체(62)와 함께 구동 풀리(58)를 구성하는 가동 풀리 반체(63)가, 출력축(61)에 장착된 피동 풀리(59)측에 동력을 전달하는 무단형의 V 벨트(60)를 감아 거는 상기 고정 풀리 반체(62)와의 사이에 형성하는 벨트 홈(64)의 폭을 변화시키도록 축 방향으로 상대 이동하는 것을 가능하게 하여 상기 입력축(16)에 상대 회전이 불가능하게 결합되고, 상기 입력축(16)의 축선 방향으로 슬라이드 가능한 슬라이드 기어(114)의 일단부가 축 방향 상대 이동을 불가능하게 하는 동시에 축선 둘레의 상대 회전을 가능하게 하여 상기 가동 풀리 반체(63)에 연결되며, 축 방향 위치 및 축선 둘레의 위치를 일정하게 하여 상기 입력축(16)과 동축으로 배치되는 원통형의 나사축(115)의 외주에 상기 슬라이드 기어(114)의 내주가 나사 결합되는 V 벨트식 무단 변속기에 있어서, 상기 나사축(115)에 고정되는 단부벽(116a)을 지니며 바닥을 갖는 원통형으로 형성되는 동시에 상기 슬라이드 기어(114) 및 상기 나사축(115)의 나사 결합부를 덮는 커버(116)의 내주와, 상기 슬라이드 기어(114)의 외주와의 사이에 환상의 시일 부재(124)가 개재 장착되고, 상기 슬라이드 기어(114)의 타단부를 향하게 하여 상기 커버(116) 내에 형성되는 환상실(123)을 외부로 통하게 하는 연통 구멍(126, 159)이, 상기 나사축(115) 또는 상기 커버(116)에 마련되는 것을 특징으로 하는 V 벨트식 무단 변속기.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 입력축(16)에 대한 축 방향 위치를 일정하게 정하여 입력축(16)을 동축으로 둘러싸는 상기 나사축(115)이, 그 축선 둘레의 회전 방향에 대하여는 방진 부재(120)를 변속기 케이스(51)와의 사이에 개재하여 위치 결정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 V 벨트식 무단 변속기.
