Claims (7)
- 遊星歯車と、複数の摩擦要素とを備え、締結指令に基づいて前記複数の摩擦要素の締結状態又は解放状態を切り換えることで指令変速段を達成する自動変速機において、
車両の減速度を検出する減速度検出手段と、
前記自動変速機の実際のギア比を検出するギア比検出手段と、
前記指令変速段において、前記複数の摩擦要素のうち、締結指令が出力されていない1つ以上の摩擦要素が締結状態となるインターロックが発生したか否かを判定するインターロック判定手段とを備え、
前記インターロック判定手段は、前記自動変速機の非変速時に、前記車両の減速度、及び前記指令変速段と前記実際のギア比との関係に基づいて、インターロックが発生したか否かを判定することを特徴とする自動変速機。 - 前記インターロック判定手段は、前記車両の減速度が所定減速度以上である状態が第1の所定時間継続し、かつ前記実際のギア比が指令変速段のギア比に対して所定範囲外にある状態が第2の所定時間継続したとき、インターロックが発生したと判定することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の自動変速機。
- 前記インターロック判定手段によってインターロックが発生したと判定されたとき、すべての摩擦要素を解放状態とする指令を行う第1のリンプホーム制御手段と、
前記車両の減速度が所定減速度未満であり、かつ前記実際のギア比が指令変速段のギア比に対して所定範囲外にある状態が第3の所定時間継続したとき、前記複数の摩擦要素のそれぞれの締結状態と解放状態とを維持する指令を行う第2のリンプホーム制御手段と、
を備えることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の自動変速機。 - 運転者によるブレーキ操作の有無を検知するブレーキ操作検知手段を備え、
前記インターロック判定手段は、前記自動変速機の非変速時であって、前記ブレーキ操作が行われていないときにインターロックが発生したか否かを判定しており、前記ブレーキ操作検知手段が異常であるとき、又は正常であるか異常であるか判断できないとき、前記ブレーキ操作は行われていないものとしてインターロックが発生したか否かを判定することを特徴とする請求項1から3までのいずれか1項に記載の自動変速機。 - 前記自動変速機の出力軸の回転速度を検出する第1の回転速度検出手段と、
前記車両の回転部材であって、前記出力軸以外の回転部材の回転速度を検出する第2の回転速度検出手段とを備え、
前記減速度検出手段は、前記第1の回転速度検出手段及び前記第2の回転速度検出手段の検出値に基づいて、前記車両の減速度を演算しており、前記第2の回転速度検出手段が異常であるとき、前記第1の回転速度検出手段の検出値のみに基づいて、車両の減速度を演算することを特徴とする請求項1から4までのいずれか1項に記載の自動変速機。 - 遊星歯車と、複数の摩擦要素とを備え、締結指令に基づいて前記複数の摩擦要素の締結状態又は解放状態を切り換えることで指令変速段を達成する自動変速機のインターロック判定方法において、
車両の減速度が所定減速度以上であることを検知することと、
前記車両の減速度が所定減速度以上であると検知されてから、第1の所定時間が経過するまで検知を継続することと、
前記検知を継続中に、前記自動変速機の実際のギア比が指令変速段のギア比に対して所定範囲外にあるか否かを第2の所定時間継続して判定することと、
前記自動変速機の実際のギア比が指令変速段のギア比に対して所定範囲外にあると前記第2の所定時間継続して判定されたとき、インターロックが生じたと判定することと、
を備えることを特徴とする自動変速機のインターロック判定方法。 - インターロックが生じたと判定されたとき、すべての摩擦要素を解放状態とする指令を行うことと、
前記車両の減速度が前記所定減速度以上であると検知されることなく、前記実際のギア比が指令変速段のギア比に対して所定範囲外にあると判定されたとき、前記複数の摩擦要素のそれぞれの締結状態と解放状態とを維持する指令を行うことと、
を備えることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の自動変速機のインターロック判定方法。
