Description
このように配置することにより、複数のモータが構成要素として存在する場合にも、各モータは最大のモータA12の軸長内に収まり、全体をコンパクトに構成することができる。これを逆にLf1>Lf2とすることは、モータAのエンジン側端部と遊星歯車AのモータA側端部の距離を不必要に大きくとることに他ならない。さらに、モータA12のステータとモータB14のステータを一体化する際も使用材料の増加を招くことがないため軽量化に貢献する。また、モータBの回転軸長をできるだけ短くして剛性を増加させるため、Lf1=Lf2とすることも有効である。
図2の場合と同様に、この配置も小容積化を図る上で有効である。
一般に物体は球形に近づくほど質量に対する表面積が減少する。その結果、上式を満たすように複数のモータを配置すれば、例えばモータを一列に配置した場合と比べてケーシングに要する材料が少なくできるという効果がある。
なお、ここで、αは歯数比によって決定される定数であり、0<α<1である。
ここで、βは歯数比によって決定される定数であり、0<βである。(数式4),(数式5)より明らかなように、キャリア軸の回転速度は残る二軸の回転数の重み付き加減算で表すことができ、数学的に等価であることがわかる。したがって、本発明の構成要素として遊星歯車,ディファレンシャルギア,図17記載の機構,図18記載の機構のいずれを用いても差し支えない。
Claims (2)
- 第1および第2のモータジェネレータと、
2つの同軸差動機構によって構成され、エンジンとの間で動力を伝達するエンジン出力軸、前記第1のモータジェネレータとの間で動力を伝達する第1の回転軸、前記第2のモータジェネレータとの間で動力を伝達する第2の回転軸、及び駆動軸との間で動力を伝達する伝達軸を含み、前記第1の回転軸及び前記第2の回転軸がそれぞれ前記第1のモータジェネレータ及び前記第2のモータジェネレータに対して伸びる向きと、前記エンジン出力軸及び前記伝達軸がそれぞれ前記エンジン及び前記駆動軸に対して伸びる向きが反対方向で、前記エンジン軸が前記伝達軸を貫通するように構成された4つの軸を有し、
当該4つの軸すべてについて、1つの軸の回転数は、他のあらゆる2軸の組み合わせにおける当該2軸の回転数のゼロでない重み付け加算として表されるとともに、差動歯車と遊星歯車からなり、前記エンジン出力軸と、前記遊星歯車の前記第1の回転軸と前記第2の回転軸とに係合するプラネタリーギアが前記差動歯車と前記遊星歯車の共通のキャリアに支持され、当該共通のキャリアによって、前記伝達軸が回転される複合差動機構を有する駆動装置であって、
前記第1の回転軸は、前記第2の回転軸と同軸になるように配置され、一方が他方を貫通している駆動装置。 - エンジンと、請求項1に記載の駆動装置を有する車両。
