Abstract
Description
車速が0以上V1未満の領域では、LoクラッチCLが接続され、HiクラッチCHが切断され、第1モータクラッチCm1が接続され、第2モータクラッチCm2が切断される(L1モード)。HiクラッチCHが切断されているので、第2キャリアC2と第1リングギアR1とが切断される。LoクラッチCLが接続されるので、第2キャリアC2が固定される。また、第1接続ギアGa1が第1モータMG1の回転軸Sm3に接続され、第2接続ギアGa2が第2モータMG2の回転軸Sm2から切断される。これにより、第3モータギアGm3と第1接続ギアGa1と第1モータクラッチCm1とを介して、第3モータMG3が第1モータMG1に接続される。また、第2モータクラッチCm2が切断されるので、第3モータMG3は第2モータMG2から切断される。
Claims (24)
- エンジンと、
前記エンジンによって駆動される走行装置と、
前記エンジンからの駆動力を前記走行装置に伝達するトランスミッションと、
前記トランスミッションを支持する車体フレームと、
前記エンジンによって駆動される作業機ポンプと、
前記作業機ポンプからの作動油によって駆動される作業機と、
を備え、
前記トランスミッションは、
前記エンジンからの駆動力が入力され、車両前後方向に延びる入力軸と、
車両前後方向に延びる出力軸と、
前記入力軸の下方且つ前記出力軸の上方に配置され車両前後方向に延びる中間軸と、前記中間軸に接続される遊星歯車機構とを含み、前記入力軸の回転を前記出力軸に伝達する歯車機構と、
前記入力軸に接続され、前記エンジンからの駆動力の一部を前記作業機ポンプに伝達する第1動力取り出し機構と、
前記入力軸と、前記歯車機構と、前記出力軸と、前記第1動力取り出し機構とを収容するトランスミッションケースと、
前記遊星歯車機構の第1の回転要素に接続され、前記トランスミッションケースの外部において前記トランスミッションケースに取り付けられる第1モータと、
前記遊星歯車機構の第2の回転要素に接続され、前記トランスミッションケースの外部において前記トランスミッションケースに取り付けられる第2モータと、
を有し、
前記トランスミッションは、前記第1モータ及び前記第2モータの回転速度を変化させることによって、前記入力軸に対する前記出力軸の回転速度比を変化させるように構成されており、
前記トランスミッションケースは、前記入力軸を収容する入力軸ケースと、前記入力軸ケースと車両前後方向に並んで配置され前記歯車機構を収容する中間軸ケースと、を有し、
前記入力軸ケースの下部は、下方に向かって凸に湾曲した曲面部を含み、
前記第1モータと前記第2モータとは、前記入力軸よりも下方に配置されており、
前記第1モータと前記第2モータとの少なくとも一部は、上下方向への投影視において前記曲面部と重なり、
前記第1モータの少なくとも一部と前記第2モータの少なくとも一部とは、車両前後方向視において前記中間軸ケースと重なり、
前記走行装置は、前記出力軸に連結される伝達軸を有し、
前記第1モータと前記第2モータとは、前記伝達軸の斜め上方に配置される、
ホイールローダ。 - 前記中間軸ケースの底部は、前記入力軸ケースの底部よりも下方に位置している、
請求項1に記載のホイールローダ。 - 前記第1モータの回転軸線は、前記入力軸ケースの底部よりも下方に位置する、

請求項1から6のいずれかに記載のホイールローダ。 - 前記第2モータの頂上部は、前記入力軸ケースの底部よりも上方に位置する、
請求項1から7のいずれかに記載のホイールローダ。 - 前記第1モータと前記第2モータとは、車幅方向に間隔をおいて配置され、
前記中間軸は、前記第1モータと前記第2モータとの間に配置される、
請求項1から8のいずれかに記載のホイールローダ。 - 前記トランスミッションケースは、前記入力軸ケースの底部から下方に突出する凸部をさらに有し、
前記中間軸の一部は、前記凸部内に配置されており、
前記凸部は、前記第1モータと前記第2モータとの間に配置される、
請求項9に記載のホイールローダ。 - 前記走行装置は、車幅方向に延びるアクスルシャフトを有し、
前記伝達軸は、前記トランスミッションからの駆動力を前記アクスルシャフトに伝達し、
前記伝達軸の少なくとも一部は、前記トランスミッションの下方に配置され、車両前後方向に延びている、
請求項1から10のいずれかに記載のホイールローダ。 - 前記走行装置は、前記アクスルシャフトを収容するアクスルハウジングをさらに有し、
前記アクスルハウジングは、前記車体フレームに対して揺動可能に支持されており、
前記第1モータ及び前記第2モータは、前記アクスルハウジングに対して車両前後方向にずれて配置される、
請求項11に記載のホイールローダ。 - 前記第1モータの底部は、前記アクスルハウジングの頂上部よりも下方に位置する、

前記第3モータは、前記第1モータ又は前記第2モータに対して車両前後方向にずれて配置される、
請求項17に記載のホイールローダ。 - 前記第1モータの回転軸の先端及び前記第2モータの回転軸の先端は、車両前後方向において前記第1モータ及び前記第2モータから前記第3モータに向かう方向に指向しており、
前記第3モータの回転軸の先端は、車両前後方向において前記第3モータから前記第1モータ及び前記第2モータに向かう方向に指向している、
