Description
そのため、上記特許文献1,2では、導体部74,86がアルミニウム製であると、接触面積が小さくなって、電気抵抗が大きくなり、所定の電流を流し難いという問題がある。
また、圧着部材が圧着端子に装着される際、圧着部材は、電線の導体部を覆うとともに、電線の被覆部をも覆っており、導体部及び被覆部を覆った圧着部材によって、圧着端子と導体部との接触圧力が大きくなり、接触面積が大きくなって電気抵抗を小さくすることができる。このとき、圧着部材に導体部加締片が加締められることにより、圧着部材と導体部加締部とが電気的に接続されるのに加えて、圧着部材に被覆部加締片が加締められることにより、圧着部材と被覆部加締片とが電気的に接続されることにより、接触面積が、より大きくなって電気抵抗が小さくなることにより電気的性能を安定させて高い品質を得ることができる。
また、圧着部材が圧着端子に装着される際、圧着部材は、電線の導体部を覆うとともに、電線の被覆部をも覆っており、導体部及び被覆部を覆った圧着部材によって、圧着端子と導体部との接触圧力が大きくなり、接触面積が大きくなって電気抵抗を小さくすることができる。このとき、圧着部材に導体部加締片が加締められることにより、圧着部材と導体部加締部とが電気的に接続されるのに加えて、圧着部材に被覆部加締片が加締められることにより、圧着部材と被覆部加締片とが電気的に接続されることにより、接触面積が、より大きくなって電気抵抗が小さくなることにより電気的性能を安定させて高い品質を得ることができる。
図1に示すように、本発明の第1参考例である電線圧着方法は、圧着端子11と、電線12と、圧着部材13と、を用いて端子付電線(図3に示す)14を作成する方法である。
次に、図4〜図6を参照して、本発明の第2参考例について説明する。なお、第2参考例及び本発明の実施形態において、既に説明した部材等と同様な構成・作用を有する部材等については、図中に同一符号または相当符号を付することにより、説明を簡略化或いは省略する。
次に、図7〜図9を参照して、本発明の実施形態について説明する。
例えば、電線の導体部における芯数やその径、圧着端子の溝径は、適用される回路に応じて設定されるために、それらに対応して圧着部材の径を設定すれば良い。

Claims (1)
- 電線の導体部を圧着端子の導体圧着部に電気的に接続可能に圧着して端子付電線を作成する電線圧着方法であって、
導体部加締用の導体部加締片及び被覆部加締用の被覆部加締片が形成された圧着端子を用い、前記導体圧着部と前記導体部との間に、前記導体部を覆う形状に形成された第1筒状部と前記被覆部を覆う形状に形成された第2筒状部とを有し、前記第1筒状部及び前記第2筒状部はともに円筒形でありかつ前記第2筒状部は前記第1筒状部よりも大径であり、前記第1筒状部と前記第2筒状部とが同心で一体に形成された圧着部材を介在させて、前記導体部加締片及び前記被覆部加締片により加締めることを特徴とする電線圧着方法。
