前記電線接続部及び前記芯線をかしめるアルミニウム又はアルミニウム合金から構成されたアルミニウム端子を備え、前記アルミニウム端子が、第1の底壁と、該第1の底壁から立設した、前記芯線が上側に配置された電線接続部を前記第1の底壁が下側から覆った状態でかしめられる第1の一対のかしめ片とを有することを特徴とする端子金具に存する。

Claims (3)
- アルミニウム又はアルミニウム合金から構成される芯線が接続される電線接続部、及び、相手側の端子金具が接続される電気接触部を有する銅又は銅合金から成る端子金具本体を備えた端子金具において、
前記電線接続部及び前記芯線をかしめるアルミニウム又はアルミニウム合金から構成されたアルミニウム端子を備え、
前記アルミニウム端子が、第1の底壁と、該第1の底壁から立設した、前記芯線が上側に配置された電線接続部を前記第1の底壁が下側から覆った状態でかしめられる第1の一対のかしめ片とを有することを特徴とする端子金具。 - 前記端子金具本体の電線接続部が、前記芯線が上側に配置された第2の底壁と、該第2の底壁から立設した、前記第1の一対のかしめ片間に挟まれた状態でかしめられる、前記第1の一対のかしめ片の高さよりも低い第2の一対のかしめ片とを有していることを特徴とする請求項1記載の端子金具。
- 第1の底壁及び該第1の底壁から立設した第1の一対のかしめ片を有するアルミニウム又はアルミニウム合金から構成されたアルミニウム端子を用いて、アルミニウム又はアルミニウム合金から構成される芯線が接続される電線接続部、及び、相手側の端子金具と接続される電気接触部を有する銅又は銅合金からなる端子金具本体の前記電線接続部に前記芯線を取り付ける取付方法であって、
前記電線接続部の上側に前記芯線を配置する工程と、
前記アルミニウム端子の第1の底壁で前記電線接続部の背面を覆う工程と、
芯線が上側に配置された電線接続部を前記第1の底壁が下側から覆った状態で前記一対のかしめ片をかしめる工程とを備えたことを特徴とする取付方法。
