Claims (2)
- 端子金具の電線接続部の断面円弧状の底壁上にフラット回路体の導体を位置付けて、該底壁から立設した導体かしめ片をかしめて、前記端子金具に前記導体を圧着する圧着装置において、
前記底壁上に位置付けられた導体を該底壁に向かって押圧する押圧手段と、
前記押圧手段が前記導体を前記底壁に向かって押圧した状態で、前記導体かしめ片をかしめるかしめ手段と、を備え、
前記かしめ手段は、互いに接離自在に設けられ、かつ互いに近づいて前記導体かしめ片を互いの間に挟んで、該導体かしめ片をかしめる一対の型を備え、
前記押圧手段は、前記一対の型のうち一方の型を貫通した貫通孔内に設けられ、かつ該一方の型から他方の型に向かって突没自在に設けられているとともに、前記一方の型から前記他方の型に向かって突出して前記導体を前記底壁に密に接触するように押圧する押さえ棒を備え、
前記押さえ棒は、複数設けられ、これら複数の押さえ棒は、前記端子金具の幅方向に沿って並設されたことを特徴とする圧着装置。 - 端子金具の電線接続部の断面円弧状の底壁上にフラット回路体の導体を位置付けて、該底壁から立設した導体かしめ片をかしめて、前記端子金具に前記導体を圧着する圧着装置において、
前記底壁上に位置付けられた導体を該底壁に向かって押圧する押圧手段と、
前記押圧手段が前記導体を前記底壁に向かって押圧した状態で、前記導体かしめ片をかしめるかしめ手段と、を備え、
前記かしめ手段は、互いに接離自在に設けられ、かつ互いに近づいて前記導体かしめ片を互いの間に挟んで、該導体かしめ片をかしめる一対の型を備え、
前記押圧手段は、前記一対の型同士が接離する方向に沿ってスライド自在に設けられた本体部と、前記本体部から凸に形成されて前記導体を前記底壁に密に接触するように押圧可能な凸部とを有する押さえ型を備え、
前記押さえ型は、複数設けられ、これら複数の押さえ型は、前記端子金具の長手方向に沿って互いに並設されたことを特徴とする圧着装置。
