Claims (4)
- 複数本の素線で構成されている芯線を備えた電線と、
底板部とこの底板部の両端から突出しており先端部が複数の部位に分かれている一対の芯線カシメ片とを備え、前記底板部と前記一対の芯線カシメ片とで前記芯線を包み込んで保持している端子と、
を有し、前記一対の芯線カシメ片は、基端部ではお互いが接近する方向に延びており、中間部ではお互いが接しており、前記先端部ではお互いが離れる方向に延びているとともに、前記先端部の少なくとも一部の部位が前記先端部の他の部位とは異なる方向に延びていることを特徴とする電線と端子との接続構造。 - 請求項1に記載の電線と端子との接続構造であって、
前記端子の芯線カシメ片の先端部は、前記電線の長手方向で所定の間隔をあけて設けられている複数の凸状部位で形成されているか、
もしくは、前記芯線カシメ片の先端部は、前記電線の長手方向で所定の間隔をあけて設けられている複数のスリットで区切られている複数の部位で形成されていることを特徴とする電線と端子との接続構造。 - 複数本の素線で構成されている芯線と、この芯線を覆っている被覆とを備えている電線の一部で、前記被覆を除去する被覆除去工程と、
前記被覆除去工程で被覆を除去することで露出した芯線を、底板部とこの底板部の両端から突出しており先端部が複数の部位に分かれており先端部の少なくとも一部の部位が前記先端部の他の部位とは異なる方向に延びている一対の芯線カシメ片とを具備している芯線カシメ部に設置する芯線・端子設置工程と、
前記芯線・端子設置工程で芯線を芯線カシメ部に設置した後に、前記一対の芯線カシメ片が、基端部でお互いが接近する方向に延び、中間部でお互いが接し、先端部でお互いが離れる方向に延びるとともに、前記先端部の少なくとも一部の部位が前記先端部の他の部位とは異なる方向に延びているように、前記底板部と前記一対の芯線カシメ片とで前記芯線を包み込んで保持する芯線保持工程と、
を有することを特徴とする電線と端子との接続方法。 - 複数本の素線で構成されている芯線を備えた電線と、
底板部とこの底板部の両端から突出しており先端部が複数の凸状部位で構成されている一対の芯線カシメ片とを備え前記底板部と前記一対の芯線カシメ片とで前記芯線を包み込んで保持している端子と、
を有し、前記一対の芯線カシメ片は、基端部ではお互いが接近する方向に延びており、中間部ではお互いが接しており、先端部の各凸状部位はお互いが離れる方向に延びていることを特徴とする電線と端子との接続構造。
