Description
本発明の第1の実施形態に係る端子付き電線1は、図1〜図6で示すように、電線3と端子5とを備えて構成されている。
本発明の第2の実施形態に係る端子付き電線1a(図7〜図12参照)は、端子5のワイヤバレル部13の形状と、ワイヤバレル部13のカシメに使用されるクリンパ27a形状とが、本発明の第1の実施形態に係る端子付き電線1とは異なっており、その他の点は、ほぼ同様に構成されている。

Claims (1)
- 底板部とこの底板部の両端から延出している一対の側板部と具備したワイヤバレル部を備えた端子を、前記ワイヤバレル部をカシメることで、電線の導体に所定の長さにわたって係合させて設置するときに、アンビルともに使用されるクリンパにおいて、
クリンパ本体と、
前記クリンパ本体に設けられており、前記ワイヤバレル部をカシメるときに前記ワイヤバレル部と前記電線の導体と前記アンビルとが入り込む凹部と、
を有し、前記凹部の底部には、前記第1の側板部に当接して前記第1の側板部をカシメる第1の湾曲部と、前記第2の側板部に当接して前記第2の側板部をカシメる第2の湾曲部とが形成されており、
第1の湾曲部と第2の湾曲部とはお互いが隣接しており、第1の湾曲部と第2の湾曲部との境界が、前記ワイヤバレル部をカシメるときの前記導体の長手方向に対して斜めに延びていることを特徴とするクリンパ。
