Abstract
【解決手段】複数の被覆電線35の絶縁被覆部35aが除去された端末芯線部35bを導電性金属からなるスリーブ部2内に挿入させた状態で、スエージングによりスリーブ部2を縮径させて端末芯線部35bを電気的に相互接続させるジョイント用スリーブ金具であって、スリーブ部2を、導電性金属からなる板材を所定形状に打ち抜いた展開材を曲げ加工することにより成形する。スリーブ部2の一端に、他端から挿入された端末芯線部35bの先端の少なくとも一部を当接させる当接部3を形成し、スリーブ部2の他端に、絶縁被覆部35aを圧着する圧着片4を形成する。

Claims (5)
- 複数の被覆電線の絶縁被覆部が除去された端末芯線部を導電性金属からなるスリーブ部内に挿入させた状態で、スエージングにより前記スリーブ部を縮径させて前記端末芯線部を電気的に相互接続させるジョイント用スリーブ金具であって、
前記スリーブ部が、前記導電性金属からなる板材を所定形状に打ち抜いた展開材を筒状に加工することにより成形されたことを特徴とするジョイント用スリーブ金具。 - 前記スリーブ部の一端に、他端から挿入された前記端末芯線部の先端の少なくとも一部と当接する当接部が形成されていることを特徴する請求項1記載のジョイント用スリーブ金具。
- 前記スリーブ部の他端に、前記絶縁被覆部を圧着する圧着片が形成されたことを特徴とする請求項1又は2記載のジョイント用スリーブ金具。
- 前記スリーブ部の向かい合う一方の突き合わせ端に係合部が形成され、他方の突き合わせ端に該係合部に係合する被係合部が形成されたことを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載のジョイント用スリーブ金具。
- 絶縁被覆部が除去されて端末芯線部を露出させた複数の被覆電線と、前記端末芯線部が挿入された導電性金属からなるスリーブ部をスエージングすることにより、前記端末芯線部を電気的に相互接続させるジョイント用スリーブ金具とを備えたジョイント電線であって、
前記ジョイント用スリーブ金具が、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載のジョイント用スリーブ金具であることを特徴とするジョイント電線。
