本明細書に開示された技術の実施形態1を図1〜図5を参照しつつ説明する。本実施形態に係る端子付き電線10は、電線11の端末に雌型の端子12が接続されている。以下の説明では、Z方向を上方とし、Y方向を前方として説明する。また、紙面を貫通する方向を左右方向として説明する。また、複数の同一部材については、一の部材にのみ符号を付し、他の部材については符号を省略する場合がある。
次に、本明細書に開示された技術の実施形態2を図6〜図15を参照しつつ説明する。本実施形態に係る端子付き電線40は、図6に示すように、スプライス端子41(端子の一例)を用いて2本の電線42(本線42A及び分岐線42B)が接続された構成を有する。以下の説明では、Z方向を上方とし、Y方向を前方とし、X方向を右方として説明する。
圧縮率[%] = {(ワイヤーバレルの載置面によって囲まれた領域について、延直方向と直交する面で切断したときの断面積)/(芯線圧着部が圧着される前の芯線の断面積)}×100
次に、実施形態3について図16を参照しつつ説明する。本実施形態に係るスプライス端子80においては、ワイヤーバレル85は、圧縮部及び連結部を有する延長部を有しない。上記以外の構成については、実施形態2と略同様なので、同一部材については同一符号を付し、重複する説明を省略する。
本明細書に開示された技術は上記記述及び図面によって説明した実施形態に限定されるものではなく、例えば次のような実施形態も本明細書に開示された技術の技術的範囲に含まれる。

Claims (2)
- 芯線を有する少なくとも1つの電線と、
前記電線に接続された端子と、を備え、
前記端子は前記芯線をかしめ圧着する芯線圧着部を有し、
前記芯線圧着部のうち、前記電線の延直方向について両方の端部には、前記端部に向かうに従って拡径する拡径部が設けられており、
前記芯線圧着部のうち前記芯線が配置される載置面には、前記拡径部に対応する位置であって、且つ前記芯線に当接する領域に、少なくとも1つの凹部が設けられており、
前記芯線の圧縮率を、前記芯線圧着部の前記載置面によって囲まれた領域について、前記延直方向と直交する面で切断したときの断面積の、前記芯線圧着部が圧着される前の前記芯線の断面積に対する百分率としたとき、
前記拡径部のうち、前記延直方向について最も内側の位置における圧縮率が50%〜80%であり、
前記拡径部のうち、前記延直方向について最も外側の位置における圧縮率が80%〜110%(100%以下を除く)であり、
前記端子は複数の前記電線が接続されるスプライス端子である、端子付き電線。 - 前記芯線圧着部には、前記電線の延直方向について両方の端部に形成された前記拡径部の間に、側方から見て、前記電線の延直方向に延びて形成されるとともに、上端縁と下端縁との上下方向の間隔が、前記電線の延直方向について同じに形成されている並行部が形成されており、
前記拡径部においては、前記芯線の圧縮状態は、前記並行部における前記芯線の圧縮状態よりも低圧縮となっている請求項1に記載の端子付き電線。
