Claims (2)
- 複数の素線からなる導体と前記導体を被覆する絶縁被覆部とを有する電線と、
前記電線を接続する端子とを備え、
前記端子は、前記絶縁被覆部を加締め圧着する絶縁被覆圧着部と、前記絶縁被覆部が除去されて外部に露出された前記導体を加締め圧着する導体圧着部と、前記絶縁被覆圧着部と前記導体圧着部の間に設けられ、前記絶縁被覆部と外部に露出された前記導体に跨って加締め圧着し、水が内部に浸入する隙間のない状態とされた中間圧着部とを有し、
前記中間圧着部は、前記絶縁被覆部を加締める箇所では、前記絶縁被覆部の全周に亘って隙間なく密着し、前記導体を加締める箇所では、前記導体の全周に亘って隙間なく密着し、且つ、前記素線と前記素線の間に隙間のない状態とする、電線付き端子。 - 複数の素線からなる導体と前記導体を被覆する絶縁被覆部とを有する電線と、
前記電線を接続し、絶縁被覆圧着部、導体圧着部、及び、前記絶縁被覆圧着部と前記導体圧着部の間に設けられた中間圧着部を有する端子とを備え、
前記電線の前記絶縁被覆部を絶縁被覆圧着部で加締め圧着する加締め加工と、前記電線の前記絶縁被覆部が除去されて外部に露出された前記導体を導体圧着部で加締め圧着する加締め加工と、前記絶縁被覆部と外部に露出された前記導体とに跨った箇所を水が内部に浸入する隙間のない状態に中間圧着部で加締め圧着する加締め加工とを同時に行う電線付き端子の製造方法であって、
前記中間圧着部は、前記絶縁被覆部を加締める箇所では、前記絶縁被覆部の全周に亘って隙間なく密着し、前記導体を加締める箇所では、前記導体の全周に亘って隙間なく密着し、且つ、前記素線と前記素線の間に隙間のない状態とする、電線付き端子の製造方法。
