Claims (8)
- 軸に対して摺動体が摺動するように設けられ、この軸と摺動体との間には負荷路が設けられ、この負荷路には複数の転動体が配設され、この転動体が前記負荷路を転動移動するように構成された摺動装置であって、前記負荷路に配設される前記転動体の内、一若しくは複数の前記転動体は、その長さ方向略中央位置にして周面に半球状の凸部が該転動体の周方向に所定間隔で複数設けられ、一方、前記負荷路には前記転動体の凸部と合致係合する半球状の凹部が該負荷路の長さ方向に該転動体の凸部の間隔と同間隔で複数設けられ、前記転動体は前記負荷路に前記凸部と前記凹部とによって該負荷路と凹凸係合状態で配設され、この負荷路には前記転動体を保持する転動体保持器が配設され、前記凸部及び前記凹部はいずれかの該凸部がいずれかの該凹部に嵌入されるようにその間隔が設定されており、前記凸部が設けられた転動体が前記凹凸係合状態を保持して前記負荷路を転動移動するように構成されていることを特徴とする摺動装置。
- 請求項1記載の摺動装置において、前記転動体保持器に保持される転動体の内、中央の転動体にのみ凸部が設けられ、前記負荷路にしてこの中央の転動体が移動する範囲には凹部が設けられていることを特徴とする摺動装置。
- 請求項1,2いずれか1項に記載の摺動装置において、前記転動体と前記凸部とは一体成形されていることを特徴とする摺動装置。
- 請求項1〜3いずれか1項に記載の摺動装置において、前記転動体として円柱体が採用され、この円柱体は隣接する円柱体と異なる向きで配設され、また、前記凸部はこの円柱体の胴部に設けられていることを特徴とする摺動装置。
- 請求項1〜4いずれか1項に記載の摺動装置において、前記負荷路は、前記軸に設けられる第一負荷溝と、前記摺動体に設けられる第二負荷溝とで構成されていることを特徴とする摺動装置。
- 請求項5記載の摺動装置において、前記第一負荷溝及び第二負荷溝は、夫々断面視横V字状に形成され、この断面視横V字状の第一負荷溝及び第二負荷溝に前記転動体が配設されていることを特徴とする摺動装置。
- 請求項5,6いずれか1項に記載の摺動装置において、前記第一負荷溝は前記軸に設けられる第一負荷部構成材に形成され、前記第二負荷溝は前記摺動体に設けられる第二負荷部構成材に形成されていることを特徴とする摺動装置。
- 請求項7記載の摺動装置において、前記転動体,前記凸部,前記第一負荷部構成材及び前記第二負荷部構成材として夫々金属製のものが採用されていることを特徴とする摺動装置。
