Abstract
【解決手段】 軸1に対して摺動体2が摺動するように設けられ、該軸1と摺動体2との間には負荷路3が設けられ、この負荷路3には複数の転動体4が配設され、この転動体4が該負荷路3を転動移動するように構成された摺動装置であって、負荷路3に配設される転動体4の内、一若しくは複数の転動体5には凸部5a若しくは凹部が設けられ、一方、負荷路3には該転動体5の凸部5a若しくは凹部と係合する凹部3a若しくは凸部が設けられ、前記転動体5は前記負荷路3に該負荷路3と凹凸係合状態で配設され、この負荷路3には前記転動体4,5を保持する転動体保持器6が配設されているものである。

Claims (10)
- 軸に対して摺動体が摺動するように設けられ、該軸と摺動体との間には負荷路が設けられ、この負荷路には複数の転動体が配設され、この転動体が該負荷路を転動移動するように構成された摺動装置であって、負荷路に配設される転動体の内、一若しくは複数の転動体には凸部若しくは凹部が設けられ、一方、負荷路には該転動体の凸部若しくは凹部と係合する凹部若しくは凸部が設けられ、前記転動体は前記負荷路に該負荷路と凹凸係合状態で配設され、この負荷路には前記転動体を保持する転動体保持器が配設されていることを特徴とする摺動装置。
- 請求項1記載の摺動装置において、凸部若しくは凹部が設けられた転動体は前記凹凸係合状態を保持して前記負荷路を転動移動するように構成されていることを特徴とする摺動装置。
- 請求項1,2いずれか1項に記載の摺動装置において、一若しくは複数の転動体の周面には凸部若しくは凹部が複数所定間隔で設けられ、負荷路には前記転動体の凸部若しくは凹部の間隔と同間隔で凹部若しくは凸部が複数設けられていることを特徴とする摺動装置。
- 請求項3記載の摺動装置において、転動体保持器に保持される転動体の内、中央の転動体にのみ凸部が設けられ、且つ、負荷路のこの中央の転動体が移動する範囲に凹部が設けられていることを特徴とする摺動装置。
- 請求項1〜4いずれか1項に記載の摺動装置において、転動体と凸部若しくは凹部とは一体成形により形成されていることを特徴とする摺動装置。
- 請求項1〜5いずれか1項に記載の摺動装置において、転動体として円柱体が採用され、この円柱体は隣接する円柱体と異なる向きで配設され、また、凸部は該円柱体の胴部に設けられていることを特徴とする摺動装置。
- 請求項1〜6いずれか1項に記載の摺動装置において、負荷路は、軸に設けられる第一負荷溝と、摺動体に設けられる第二負荷溝とで構成されていることを特徴とする摺動装置。
- 請求項7記載の摺動装置において、第一負荷溝及び第二負荷溝を夫々断面視横V字状に形成し、この断面視横V字状の第一負荷溝及び第二負荷溝に転動体が配設されていることを特徴とする摺動装置。
- 請求項7,8いずれか1項に記載の摺動装置において、第一負荷溝は、軸に設けられる第一負荷部構成材に形成され、第二負荷溝は、摺動体に設けられる第二負荷部構成材に形成されていることを特徴とする摺動装置。
- 請求項9記載の摺動装置において、転動体,凸部,第一負荷部構成材及び第二負荷溝構成材として夫々金属製のものが採用されていることを特徴とする摺動装置。
