Description
第一に、紡糸ユニットの両側に設けられた制御ユニット及び/または誘導ユニットを備えることによって、フィラメントストリームが経路を離脱することなく大量のナノ繊維を安定して製造することができる。
第二に、紡糸ユニットの場合、原料溶液を荷電させるための通電部が紡糸ノズルパックの内部に構成されるので、コレクタとの電気的交互作用によって吐出の流れが不均一になる現象を防止することができる。
第三に、多量の吐出ストリームから溶媒の排気ができる空調システムを導入することによって、吐出ストリームが互いに凝集された状態で集積される現象を防止することができる。 本発明によるナノ繊維製造装置は、電気紡糸法を用いて直径が100〜5000nmに該当するナノレベル繊維を生産することができ、このようなナノ繊維をコレクタに集積すると厚さ10〜3000μmのウェブの製造ができる。
Claims (8)
- 液体状態の繊維原料用高分子物質を供給するための供給ユニットと、
上記供給ユニットから供給される高分子物質を荷電されたフィラメント形態で吐出させるための複数の紡糸ノズルを備える紡糸ユニットと、
上記紡糸ユニットから紡糸される荷電フィラメントを所定厚さで累積させるため、上記紡糸ユニットの下部に配置されるコレクタと、
上記荷電フィラメントと同一極性の電圧で帯電され、上記紡糸ユニットと上記コレクタとの間の空間に紡糸ノズルから紡糸される荷電フィラメントを取り囲むように配置されて上記荷電フィラメントのストリーム経路をガイドすることによって、荷電フィラメントが互いに反発して広がることを防止するための制御ユニットと、
上記制御ユニットを通過した上記荷電フィラメントストリームを上記コレクタ方向に誘導させるため、上記荷電フィラメントを取り囲むように制御ユニットとコレクタとの間に設けられて、上記制御ユニットに印加される電圧と同一極性と大きさの電圧が印加された誘導ユニットと、
上記誘導ユニットと上記コレクタとの間に設けられて、荷電フィラメントが付着できる集積対象物を走行させる走行ユニットと、を含むことを特徴とする電気紡糸法によるナノ繊維製造装置。 - 上記紡糸ユニットを所定速度で往復移送させるための移送マウントを、さらに備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電気紡糸法によるナノ繊維製造装置。
- 上記紡糸ユニットと上記コレクタとの間の空気層へと空気を注入して上記空気層から溶媒を外部に排出させるための空調ユニットを、さらに備えることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の電気紡糸法によるナノ繊維製造装置。
- 上記紡糸ユニットは、上記紡糸ノズルが一列で配置された少なくとも一つの紡糸ノズルパックを含むことを特徴とする請求項3に記載の電気紡糸法によるナノ繊維製造装置。
- 上記それぞれの紡糸ノズルパックは、中央に位置した紡糸ノズルを基準にして外側に行きながら順次紡糸ノズルの端が短く形成されることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の電気紡糸法によるナノ繊維製造装置。
- 上記制御ユニットは、隣接した紡糸ノズルから約1〜20cm範囲の間隔で離隔されるように設けられることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電気紡糸法によるナノ繊維製造装置。
- 上記コレクタは、約0.1〜30m/minの速度で走行するベルトコンベアを備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電気紡糸法によるナノ繊維製造装置。
- 上記コレクタは、約5〜50rpmの速度で回転する回転ドラムを備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電気紡糸法によるナノ繊維製造装置。
