- 1つ以上のばね座金をさらに備え、
前記1つ以上のボルトは、前記ばね座金を通過して前記摩耗部品に係合する、請求項7に記載のアセンブリ。 - 複数のブレード、好ましくは、2つのブレードを備えた、先行する請求項のいずれかに記載のアセンブリ。
- 各ブレードは、その長さに沿って分布された複数の摩耗部品を含み、前記複数の摩耗部品は、前記アーム領域において前記中心軸に沿った任意の点で前記中心軸に直交する平面が概して、少なくとも1つの摩耗部品、好ましくは1つの摩耗部品のみを通過するように分布される、先行する請求項のいずれかに記載のアセンブリ。
- 前記摩耗部品は、鋼、好ましくは、オーステナイト系スレンレス鋼、さらに好ましくは、AISI 316, 316Ti, 310, 309, 321および/または302で形成されている、先行する請求項のいずれかに記載のアセンブリ。
- 化学反応炉容器の内表面上のコークスの最大厚さを維持する方法であって、
中心軸回りに回転可能であり、前記化学反応炉容器の前記内表面から第1距離に位置し、径方向の最も外側にある1つ以上の摩耗可能部品を備えた撹拌機を、化学反応炉容器内に設ける工程と、
回転する前記摩耗可能部品が前記化学反応炉容器の前記内表面からコークスを除去し、それによりコークスの前記最大厚さを維持するように、数サイクル、前記化学反応炉容器を操作する工程と、
前記化学反応炉容器を停止する工程と、
操作中に前記部品の摩耗に追従して、前記化学反応炉容器の前記内表面からの前記第1距離を維持するために、前記摩耗可能部品を調整する工程と、を備える方法。 - 前記最大厚さは、10mm以下、好ましくは8mm以下である、請求項12に記載の方法。
