Description

前記径方向は、前記中心軸に直交する方向であり、
前記軸方向は、前記中心軸と平行な方向である、請求項1から5のいずれか1項に記載のアセンブリ。 - (a)前記摩耗部品、または(b)前記ブレードのうちの一方は、長尺スロットを有し、前記摩耗部品は、前記長尺スロットを通過する1つ以上のボルトを介して前記ブレードに搭載される、請求項6に記載のアセンブリ。
- 1つ以上のばね座金をさらに備え、
前記1つ以上のボルトは、前記ばね座金を通過して前記摩耗部品に係合する、請求項7に記載のアセンブリ。 - 複数のブレードを備えた、請求項1から8のいずれか1項に記載のアセンブリ。

- 前記摩耗部品は、鋼で形成されている、請求項1から12のいずれか1項に記載のアセンブリ。
- 前記摩耗部品は、オーステナイト系スレンレス鋼で形成されている、請求項13に記載のアセンブリ。
- 前記摩耗部品は、AISI 316, 316Ti, 310, 309, 321および/または302で形成されている、請求項13に記載のアセンブリ。
- 化学反応炉容器の内表面上のコークスの最大厚さを維持する方法であって、
請求項6に記載のアセンブリを設ける工程と、
回転する前記摩耗部品が前記化学反応炉容器の前記内表面からコークスを除去し、それによりコークスの前記最大厚さを維持するように、数サイクル、前記化学反応炉容器を操作する工程と、
前記化学反応炉容器を停止する工程と、
操作中に前記摩耗部品の摩耗に追従して、前記化学反応炉容器の前記内表面からの前記第1距離離間した位置を維持するために、前記摩耗部品を調整する工程と、を備える方法。 - 前記最大厚さは、10mm以下である、請求項16に記載の方法。
