Claims (5)
- 液体容器(15)用、特に液体の輸送及び貯留用容器の流出ネック(14)又は流出口に接続するための栓機構(10)であって、
流出管(18)の流動断面(17)を開閉するための弁体(16)が弁軸(24)によって回動可能に設けられた弁ハウジング(11)を有し、
前記弁体(16)が、前記弁体(16)の遮断位置において、前記弁体(16)と前記流出管(18)の内壁との間に形成された弁隙間が径方向シール面で封止されるように、前記弁体(16)の周縁部(29)に少なくとも部分的に設けられた弁シール(19)を有する栓機構において、
遮断するために液体容積部分に面する前記弁体(16)の少なくとも一つの内側(20)は、該内側(20)に設けられる液体接触面(32)が前記弁シール(19)によって形成されるように、前記弁シール(19)によって覆われている
ことを特徴とする栓機構。 - 請求項1に記載の栓機構において、
前記弁シール(19)は、前記弁体(16)の封止接触面(37)において前記弁体(16)と実質的に結合している
ことを特徴とする栓機構。 - 請求項2に記載の栓機構において、
前記弁体(16)の前記封止接触面(37)には、径方向シール面から突出する複数の軸方向突起が設けられている
ことを特徴とする栓機構。 - 請求項1〜3のいずれか1つに記載の栓機構において、
前記弁体(16)の前記封止接触面(37)は、径方向のオフセットを含まない
ことを特徴とする栓機構。 - 請求項1〜4のいずれか1つに記載の栓機構において、
前記弁シール(19)は、前記弁体(16)の前記内側(20)と反対側の前記弁体(16)の外側(23)と実質的に面一になるように配置された、前記弁体の周縁部(29)に位置する封止縁部(39)の軸方向端面(38)を有している
ことを特徴とする栓機構。
