阀轴锁定装置
技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于液体容器的放液配件,尤其用于连接到用于液体的运输和贮存容器的出流接管或出流口上,所述放液配件具有配件壳体,在所述配件壳体中设置有可借助于阀轴枢转的、用于打开和封闭出流管的穿流横截面的阀体,其中阀轴的用于与阀体连接的连接端设置在配件壳体的出流管中,而阀轴的操作端穿过构成在配件壳体上的壳体穹顶从配件壳体中引出。
背景技术
从DE 10 2018 102 062 A1已知一种上述类型的放液配件,其中在壳体穹顶与容纳在壳体穹顶中的阀轴部段之间,经由通过在阀轴部段的直径与壳体穹顶的内直径之间构成适当配合而在阀轴部段和壳体穹顶之间形成力配合的连接,实现阀轴在配件壳体中的轴向稳固。
因此,为了将阀轴安装在配件壳体的壳体穹顶中,需要将阀轴的阀轴部段压入壳体穹顶的钻孔中,以便确保通过在阀轴部段和壳体穹顶之间的足够的摩擦配合能够实现阀轴在配件壳体中的轴向固定。为了排除在操作放液配件时阀轴从配件壳体中意外移除,应足够大地选择对于安装所需的压入力,为了移除阀轴,所述压入力以对应的拉出力为前提。因此,压入力大于用于安装阀轴实际所需。
发明内容
因此,本发明的目的在于提出一种具有阀轴的放液配件,所述阀轴的安装仅需要小的安装力,而不损害阀轴在配件壳体中的可靠的轴向固定。
为实现所述目的,根据本发明的放液配件具有权利要求1的特征。
根据本发明,为了将阀轴轴向稳固在配件壳体中,在壳体穹顶和容纳在壳体穹顶中的阀轴部段之间构成形状配合的接合。
经由阀轴与壳体穹顶的形状配合来轴向稳固阀轴可以实现,仅足够大地选择用于安装阀轴所需的安装力,以便确立形状配合,其中与安装力无关地经由构成的形状配合建立轴向稳固。
特别优选地,为了构成形状配合的接合,构成有接合装置,其具有在壳体穹顶的贯通开口中构成的径向穹顶突出部,所述贯通开口用于使阀轴部段穿过,所述径向穹顶突出部与阀轴部段的径向阀轴突出部一起构成轴向卡锁装置。由于所述优选实施形式,通常以注塑成型方法制造的配件壳体可以在不改变在注塑成型方法中使用的模具的情况下被制造。更确切地说,只需对至今使用的型芯稍作改型,即可制造具有在配件壳体上构成的壳体穹顶的配件壳体,而不必改变模具本身或完全不需要新模具,其中壳体穹顶的制造需要使用限定用于容纳阀轴的容纳孔的型芯。
如果穹顶突出部构成在壳体穹顶中贯通开口的轴向下端处,则在出流管和壳体穹顶之间的过渡区域中从而在配件壳体的特别硬地构成的部位处实现轴向固定。
优选地,穹顶突出部构成为斜坡形,具有相对短的且沿阀轴的安装方向陡峭上升的卡锁斜坡以及相对长的、平缓的且沿阀轴的安装方向下降的锁定斜坡,使得一方面在用于制造配件壳体的注塑成型方法中借助于强制脱模的抽芯容易制造出卡锁斜坡和锁定斜坡。另一方面,通过卡锁斜坡形成在安装阀轴时相对容易克服的阻碍,并且通过锁定斜坡形成沿拆卸方向上升的斜坡,其能够实现仅借助相对较高的拉出力拆卸阀轴。
特别有利的是,结合穹顶突出部的上述有利构造,阀轴突出部同样构成为斜坡形,具有沿安装方向下降的卡锁斜坡和构成在所述斜坡的端部处的卡锁凸肩,因为因此由于穹顶突出部的和阀轴突出部的反向构成的卡锁斜坡,在安装过程中能够实现卡锁斜坡在彼此上滑动,从而借助相对小的安装力就能够实现安装过程。
然而,在拆卸方向上,阀轴突出部的卡锁凸肩与沿拆卸方向上升的锁定斜坡组合地构成轴向的运动阻碍,使得需要施加明显高于安装力的拆卸力,以便使阀轴突出部的卡锁凸肩移过穹顶突出部。
优选地,阀轴部段构成为用于容纳密封装置的径向密封元件的密封部段,所述径向密封元件用于相对于壳体穹顶密封阀轴,使得除了构成有穹顶突出部的区域之外,壳体穹顶具有在穹顶突出部的高度上恒定的内直径,这进一步简化了在注塑成型方法中配件壳体的制造。
如果阀轴突出部的外直径相当于阀轴部段的外直径,则阀轴突出部可以同时满足设置在密封装置上游的浪涌环(Schwallkragen)的功能,使得减弱从配件壳体中流出的液体的作用于密封部段中的密封件上的体积力对密封装置的影响。
特别有利的是,阀轴部段邻近穹顶突出部具有用于以支撑的方式支承在穹顶突出部的卡锁斜坡上的支撑凸缘,使得穹顶突出部的卡锁斜坡同时用作用于阀轴的轴向支承部。
如果除此之外支撑凸缘和卡锁突出部具有相对应的横截面轮廓,则穹顶突出部和支撑凸缘一同构成用于舒适地操作放液配件的轴向滑动支座。

具体实施方式
图1示出具有配件壳体11的放液配件10,所述配件壳体在入口端12借助于锁紧螺母13与设置在液体容器15上的出流接管14连接,其中在图1中仅示出配件连接区域。如图1中所示类型的液体容器15例如以吹塑成型法制造,并且形成中型散装容器(IBC)的组成部分,其中液体容器设置在设置于托盘上的栅笼中。
图1示出处于其截止位置的放液配件10,在所述截止位置中,设置在阀轴16上的阀体17阻挡由配件壳体11构成的出流管19的穿流横截面。在这里示出的实施例中,阀体17经由轴-毂连接件18与阀轴16的连接端22连接。阀轴16的操作端20穿过构成在配件壳体11上的壳体穹顶21从配件壳体11中引出,并且阀轴的阀轴部段23容纳在壳体穹顶21中。
如尤其从图2可知,在壳体穹顶21和构成在连接端22和操作端20之间的过渡区域中的阀轴部段23之间构成有接合装置24,接合装置具有构成在壳体穹顶21的贯通开口25中的径向穹顶突出部26,所述径向穹顶突出部在当前实施例的情况下构成为环形接片。在连接轴部段23上构成有径向阀轴突出部27。从图2中可以领会,在阀轴16安装在配件壳体11中时,阀轴突出部27与穹顶突出部26一起构成轴向作用的卡锁装置,在安装时阀轴16沿安装方向32从上方被引入到壳体穹顶21中。
穹顶突出部26和阀轴突出部27均构成为斜坡形,其中沿安装方向32观察,穹顶突出部26首先具有相对短的、陡峭上升的卡锁斜坡28,阀轴突出部27在安装时被引导越过所述卡锁斜坡28,使得在阀轴突出部27上构成的沿安装方向下降的卡锁斜坡29滑过穹顶突出部26之后,阀轴突出部27卡锁在穹顶突出部26后方。
与在安装时为实现图2所示的阀轴突出部27卡锁在穹顶突出部26后方的构造所需的相对小的压入力不同,由于穹顶突出部26的锁定斜坡30沿拆卸方向33上升的构成和在阀轴突出部27上构成的卡锁凸肩31,与压入力相比需要显著更高的拉出力,以便松开在阀轴16和配件壳体11的壳体穹顶21之间的卡锁连接。
由此确保阀轴16与配件壳体11的分离只能是有意实施的拆卸过程的结果,并且不会在阀的正常打开过程中发生。与此相对地,由于穹顶突出部26的卡锁斜坡28和阀轴突出部27的卡锁斜坡29的反向上升使得在接合阀轴16和穹顶突出部26之间的连接时卡锁斜坡28、29可以在彼此上滑动,仅需要相对小的压入力或接合力。
如图2进一步所示,阀轴部段23邻近穹顶突出部26具有用于以支撑的方式支承在穹顶突出部26的卡锁斜坡28上的支撑凸缘34,其中卡锁斜坡28和支撑凸缘34具有相对应的横截面轮廓35、36。
图3在另一实施形式中示出阀轴部段37,所述阀轴部段与阀轴部段23的不同之处在于不具有构成在确定用于容纳径向密封元件43的容纳槽39的槽侧面38上的支撑凸缘34,所述支撑凸缘具有匹配于穹顶突出部26的横截面轮廓35的横截面轮廓36,而是替代地在槽侧面38上具有与穹顶突出部26相对的倒角40。由此确保,如图4所示,阀轴16的轴向支撑仅通过与阀轴16连接的把手40贴靠壳体穹顶21的上缘42来实现,并且排除槽侧面38和穹顶突出部26之间的触碰接触。因此,在安装时阀轴16被压入壳体穹顶21中太深的情况下能够阻止穹顶突出部26由于槽侧面38而被不期望地损坏,所述损坏可能导致不能实现期望的大拉出力。
