Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于液体容器的提取配件,尤其用于连接到用于液体的运输和贮存容器的出流接管或出流口上,其具有配件壳体,在所述配件壳体中设置有借助阀轴可枢转的用于打开和封闭配件壳体的出流管的穿流横截面的阀体,其中阀体具有阀密封件,所述阀密封件至少部分地设置在阀体的环周边缘上,使得在阀体的截止位置中,在阀体和出流管的内壁之间形成的阀间隙沿径向的密封平面通过阀密封件密封。
背景技术
为了能够实现穿流横截面的可靠的密封,一方面需要的是,阀体具有足够的刚性,以便能够实现经由阀轴施加到阀体上的转矩的传递,而与此不关联有阀体的变形,所述变形会导致阀密封件从密封平面中移出,从而会危害阀间隙的可靠的密封。另一方面需要的是,阀密封件具有足够的柔性,以便确保阀密封件对于密封所需的紧贴到出流管的内壁上。
此外,在已知的提取配件中需要的是,不仅阀体,而且在已知的提取配件中在截止位置中承受持久的液体接触的两个阀密封件具有相对于液体的足够的化学抗性。
因此,在已知的提取配件中需要的是,阀体由如下材料形成,所述材料不仅具有对于阀体的可靠的功能所需要的刚性,而且此外也具有对于永久的液体接触足够的化学抗性。
因此,在已知的提取配件中需要的、用于阀体的材料的特征的相应的组合限制一开始的材料选择。
发明内容
本发明基于如下目的,提出一种提取配件,所述提取配件能够与材料的化学抗性无关地实现对于阀体的材料选择,以便能够将用于阀体的材料在没有对化学抗性的特殊要求的情况下首先关于机械特征进行优化。
为了实现所述目的,根据本发明的提取配件具有如下特征。
根据本发明,阀体的至少一个为了截止而朝向液体体积的内侧由阀密封件覆盖,使得在内侧上设置的液体接触面由阀密封件构成。
因此,提取配件的根据本发明的设计方案在截止位置中避免在阀体和液体之间的液体接触,使得阀体在不考虑特别的化学抗性的情况下可以关于其机械特性进行优化。
对此,在内侧上设置的液体接触面由阀密封件构成,使得阀体的内侧的表面通过与为了将阀体相对于出流管可靠地密封而使用的材料即阀密封件的材料相同的材料形成。
因此,例如用于制造阀密封件的聚丙烯可以同时处于阀体的内侧上,使得阀体在其内侧上由于阀密封件的材料免于直接的液体接触。因此,在选择用于制造阀体的材料时,使用如下材料,所述材料首先能够实现阀体的期望的刚性,而不必考虑材料的特定的化学抗性。因此,在实践中例如证实为不严峻的是,在用于制造阀体的纤维增强的塑料材料,即例如具有玻璃纤维份额的聚丙烯中,相对于特定的、通常在运输和贮存容器中容纳的液体中不具有化学抗性的玻璃纤维暴露地设置在阀体的表面中,因为阀体的表面至少在其内侧上通过阀密封件或用于阀密封件的材料免于直接的液体接触。
优选地,阀密封件在其密封接触面上材料配合地与阀体连接,使得在任意情况下防止在阀体和阀密封件之间构成中间空间,液体可能进入到所述中间空间中。此外,因此在一次注塑成型法中完整地制造阀体连同阀密封件是可能的。
因此,能够实现制造提取配件所需要的零件的件数减少,因为在提取配件的该有利的设计方案中不再需要与阀体无关地提供阀密封件。
当为了构成材料配合的连接,阀体的密封接触面设有从径向密封平面突出的轴向突出部时,可以实现用于阀密封件在阀体上的尤其好的附着的增大的接触表面。
优选地,阀体的密封接触面不具有径向的凹部,使得在注塑成型法中制造设有阀密封件的阀体时,阀体的成型不需要使用设有模滑板的模具。
如果此外阀密封件借助在阀体的环周边缘上设置的密封边缘的轴向端面同阀体的与阀体的内侧相对置的外侧基本上面齐平地设置,在双组分注塑成型法中制造设有阀密封件的阀体仅需要更换模具的两个用于制造阀体所需的半模中的一个半模,其中阀体在制造期间可以保持在同一半模中。
借此,不再需要在阀体与阀密封件组合之前迄今为止所需的用于将阀体从半模中脱模的脱模步骤和在阀密封件喷射到阀体上之前将阀体插入新的半模中。

具体实施方式
图1示出提取配件10,所述提取配件具有配件壳体11,所述配件壳体在入流端12处借助于锁紧螺母13与出流接管14连接,所述出流接管设置在液体容器15上,在图1中仅示出其配件连接区域。如在图1中示出的类型的液体容器15例如是在吹塑成型法中制造的容器,所述容器为中型散装容器(IBC)的组成部分并且作为内部容器设置于在托盘上设置的栅笼中。
如尤其图2所示,在所示实施例的情况下,提取配件10同与液体容器15无关地构成的出流接管14组合地构成为装配单元,为了连接到液体容器15上,所述装配单元可以借助于在构成为焊接接管的出流接管14的连接法兰16和在液体容器15中构成的出流口的在图1中未示出的开口边缘之间的焊接连接与液体容器15连接。
在图1和2中,提取配件10分别在其截止位置中示出,在所述截止位置中,阀体16在通过配件壳体11构成的出流管18的穿流横截面17中设置成,使得在阀体16和出流管18之间形成的阀间隙在径向的密封平面中通过在阀体16上构成的阀密封件19密封。

为了操作阀体16,所述阀体在外侧23上与在轴容纳部25中的阀轴24抗扭地连接,使得在阀轴24借助于连接在从配件壳体11中引出的轴端部上的手柄27转动时,阀体16从在图1和2中示出的截止位置枢转到在图3中示出的打开位置中。
在图4至7中,设有阀密封件19的阀体16作为单独零件示出,其中尤其在图5和7中可见,阀体16在内侧20上具有在其环周边缘29上环绕地构成的边缘加高部30和进行加固的接片结构31,并且在外侧23上设有轴容纳部25。除阀体16的上述设计方案能够实现阀体的高刚性之外,阀体16由于特定的阀体几何形状具有带有基本上一致的壁厚构成的阀体横截面28,所述基本上一致的壁厚构成有助于在注塑成型法中制造阀体16。

优选地,阀体16连同阀密封件19一起在双组分注塑成型法中制造,在图8和9中示意地示出的两阶段的注塑成型法中能够实现设有阀密封件19的阀体16的制造。
