Description
本実施形態では、バタフライバルブを車両用空調装置の冷凍サイクルに適用される切替弁として構成している。この車両用空調装置は、図示しない圧縮機、凝縮器、膨張装置、蒸発器等を配管にて接続した冷凍サイクルを備え、冷媒が冷凍サイクル内を状態変化しながら循環する過程で車室内の空調を行う。冷媒としては、例えばHFC−134a、HFO−1234yfなどが採用される。このバタフライバルブは、その冷凍サイクルの所定位置に設置され、冷媒の流路を切り替え可能な三方弁として機能する。
図7は、シール方法の原理を模式的に表す図である。図7(A)および(B)は、弁体のシール性能を向上させる構造を示す。図7(C)および(D)は、閉弁時における弁体の締め切りトルクを低減させる構造を示す。図8および図9は、図7のシール方法を実現するための具体的構造を表す図である。図8(A)〜(E)は、それぞれ図6(B)のA−A〜E−E矢視断面を示す。図9(A)〜(D)は、それぞれ図6(B)のF−F〜I−I矢視断面を示す。
図10は、第2実施形態に係るバタフライバルブの弁体の構成を表す図である。図10(A)は正面図であり、図10(B)は平面図であり、図10(C)は図10(A)のA−A矢視断面図である。以下では第1実施形態との相異点を中心に説明する。なお、同図において第1実施形態とほぼ同様の構成部分については同一の符号を付している。
Claims (7)
- 電動式のバタフライバルブであって、
流体を通過させるための通路を有するボディと、
自軸周りに回動可能となるよう前記ボディに支持され、前記通路の径方向に延在するシャフトと、
前記シャフトに組み付けられた状態で前記通路に配置され、前記シャフトと共に回動することにより前記通路の開閉状態又は開度を調整可能な弁体と、
通電により前記シャフトを回転駆動させるアクチュエータと、
を備え、
前記弁体は、プレートと、そのプレートの外周部に沿って配設された弾性部材を含み、
前記弾性部材は、前記通路の内面に着脱して前記通路を開閉するシール部を有し、
前記プレートは、閉弁状態において前記シール部のシール中心よりも低圧側に前記通路の内面との間隙を狭小化させる特定形状を、前記シャフトの軸線に対して両側に有し、
前記弁体は、前記通路の軸線に対して90度よりも小さい角度をなすようにして前記通路に着座することを特徴とするバタフライバルブ。 - 前記プレートは、前記特定形状として、前記プレートの延在方向に対してずれるように延出する形状を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバタフライバルブ。
- 前記通路において上流側と下流側とが切り替わる双方向の流れに適用可能であり、
前記プレートは、前記特定形状として、前記シール部を挟む股形状を含むことを特徴とする請求項2に記載のバタフライバルブ。 - 前記弾性部材は、前記弁体が一方向に回転することにより第1の弁を閉じるための第1シール部と、前記弁体が他方向に回転することにより第2の弁を閉じるための第2シール部とを含み、
前記プレートは、前記特定形状として、前記第1シール部を挟む第1の股形状と、前記第2シール部を挟む第2の股形状とを含むことを特徴とする請求項2に記載のバタフライバルブ。 - 前記シャフトは、前記ボディに設けられて前記通路に開口する挿通孔に挿通され、
前記弾性部材に、前記挿通孔の開口部を取り囲みつつ、前記通路の内面に密着する環状シール部が形成され、
前記通路の開閉状態にかかわらず、前記環状シール部の前記通路への密着により、前記通路と前記挿通孔との間のシールが常に実現され、
前記プレートは、前記通路の開閉状態にかかわらず、前記環状シール部の半径方向内側に前記通路の内面との間隙を狭小化させる特定環形状を有することを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載のバタフライバルブ。 - 前記シール部は、前記プレート側から前記通路の内面に向けて突出するとともに前記外周部に沿って延びるビード部からなることを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれかに記載のバタフライバルブ。
- 自動車用の流体制御システムに設置され、流体の流れを制御する制御弁として機能することを特徴とする請求項1〜6のいずれかに記載のバタフライバルブ。
