Claims (15)
- 互いに対向する第1面及び第2面、前記第1面と第2面を連結する第3面及び第4面を含むセラミック本体と、
前記セラミック本体の内部に配置され、前記第1面及び第2面に露出し、且つ前記第3面または第4面に一端が露出する複数の内部電極と、
前記第1面及び第2面に露出した前記内部電極の端部上に配置された第1サイドマージン部及び第2サイドマージン部と、を含む積層セラミックキャパシタであって、
前記第1サイドマージン部及び第2サイドマージン部とセラミック本体は、Ba及びTiを含む母材主成分と副成分を含み、
前記第1サイドマージン部及び第2サイドマージン部に含まれる誘電体組成と、セラミック本体に含まれる誘電体組成とが互いに異なり、前記第1サイドマージン部及び第2サイドマージン部の誘電率が、前記セラミック本体の誘電率より低い、積層セラミックキャパシタ。 - 前記第1サイドマージン部及び第2サイドマージン部とセラミック本体は、副成分として、Mn、V、Cr、Fe、Ni、Co、Cu、及びZnの少なくとも1つ以上を含む第1副成分を含む、請求項1に記載の積層セラミックキャパシタ。
- 前記第1サイドマージン部及び第2サイドマージン部内に含まれるマンガン(Mn)の含量が、前記セラミック本体内に含まれるマンガン(Mn)の含量より高い、請求項2に記載の積層セラミックキャパシタ。
- 前記第1サイドマージン部及び第2サイドマージン部とセラミック本体は、副成分として、Ba及びCaの少なくとも1つを含む第2副成分を含む、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の積層セラミックキャパシタ。
- 前記第1サイドマージン部及び第2サイドマージン部とセラミック本体は、副成分として、Siを含む酸化物または炭酸塩、もしくはSiを含むガラス(Glass)化合物を含む第3副成分を含む、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の積層セラミックキャパシタ。
- 前記第1サイドマージン部及び第2サイドマージン部内に含まれるケイ素(Si)の含量が、前記セラミック本体内に含まれるケイ素(Si)の含量より高い、請求項5に記載の積層セラミックキャパシタ。
- 前記第1サイドマージン部及び第2サイドマージン部とセラミック本体は、副成分として、Y、Dy、Ho、Er、Gd、Ce、Nd、Sm、La、Tb、Yb、及びPrの少なくとも1つを含む第4副成分、及びMgまたはAlを含む第5副成分を含む、請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載の積層セラミックキャパシタ。
- 前記第1サイドマージン部及び第2サイドマージン部は、副成分として、Na及びLiの少なくとも1つ以上をさらに含む、請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載の積層セラミックキャパシタ。
- 前記第1サイドマージン部及び第2サイドマージン部内に含まれるNa及びLiの少なくとも1つ以上の含量が、前記セラミック本体内に含まれるNa及びLiの少なくとも1つ以上の含量より高い、請求項8に記載の積層セラミックキャパシタ。
- 互いに対向する第1面及び第2面、前記第1面と第2面を連結する第3面及び第4面を含むセラミック本体と、
前記セラミック本体の内部に配置され、前記第1面及び第2面に露出し、且つ前記第3面または第4面に一端が露出する複数の内部電極と、
前記第1面及び第2面に露出した前記内部電極の端部上に配置された第1サイドマージン部及び第2サイドマージン部と、を含む積層セラミックキャパシタであって、
前記第1サイドマージン部及び第2サイドマージン部とセラミック本体は、Ba及びTiを含む母材主成分と副成分を含み、
前記第1サイドマージン部及び第2サイドマージン部とセラミック本体は、副成分として、Mn、V、Cr、Fe、Ni、Co、Cu、及びZnの少なくとも1つ以上を含む第1副成分を含み、前記第1サイドマージン部及び第2サイドマージン部内に含まれるマンガン(Mn)の含量が、前記セラミック本体内に含まれるマンガン(Mn)の含量より高い、積層セラミックキャパシタ。 - 前記第1サイドマージン部及び第2サイドマージン部とセラミック本体は、副成分として、Ba及びCaの少なくとも1つを含む第2副成分、Siを含む酸化物または炭酸塩、もしくはSiを含むガラス(Glass)化合物を含む第3副成分、Y、Dy、Ho、Er、Gd、Ce、Nd、Sm、La、Tb、Yb、及びPrの少なくとも1つを含む第4副成分、及びMgまたはAlを含む第5副成分を含む、請求項10に記載の積層セラミックキャパシタ。
- 前記第1サイドマージン部及び第2サイドマージン部内に含まれるケイ素(Si)の含量が、前記セラミック本体内に含まれるケイ素(Si)の含量より高い、請求項11に記載の積層セラミックキャパシタ。
- 前記第1サイドマージン部及び第2サイドマージン部は、副成分として、Na及びLiの少なくとも1つ以上をさらに含む、請求項10から12のいずれか一項に記載の積層セラミックキャパシタ。
- 前記第1サイドマージン部及び第2サイドマージン部内に含まれるNa及びLiの少なくとも1つ以上の含量が、前記セラミック本体内に含まれるNa及びLiの少なくとも1つ以上の含量より高い、請求項13に記載の積層セラミックキャパシタ。
- 前記第1サイドマージン部及び第2サイドマージン部は、平均厚さが18μm以下である、請求項13または14に記載の積層セラミックキャパシタ。
