Abstract
Description
図1から図29を参照して、実施形態について説明する。本実施形態は、端子付き電線および端子圧着装置に関する。図1は、実施形態に係る圧着端子の圧着前の状態を示す斜視図、図2は、実施形態に係る圧着端子の圧着前の状態を示す側面図、図3は、実施形態に係る圧着端子の圧着後を示す斜視図である。
実施形態の変形例について説明する。凹部18Cの形状は、例示した形状には限定されない。例えば、縦断面における第一傾斜面18Dや第二傾斜面18Eの形状は、直線には限定されず、屈曲したり湾曲したりしていてもよい。第二アンビル112Bの凹状面112B1の形状は、例示した形状には限定されない。例えば、縦断面における凹状面112B1の形状は、直線形状に限らず、屈曲したり湾曲したりしていてもよい。

Claims (5)
- 電線と、
相手側の端子に対して電気的に接続される前側の端子接続部、および前記電線に対して巻き付けられて圧着された後側の電線接続部を有する圧着端子と、
を備え、
前記電線接続部の底面には、前記底面の後端を前記電線接続部の中心軸に向けて近づける側に折れ曲がった折れ曲がり部が形成されている
ことを特徴とする端子付き電線。 - 前記底面における前記折れ曲がり部よりも後側には、前記中心軸に向けて凹んだ凹部が形成されており、
前記凹部における前側の部分は、後側へ向かうに従って前記中心軸に近づく傾斜面であり、
前記凹部における後側の部分は、後側へ向かうに従って前記中心軸から離れる傾斜面である
請求項1に記載の端子付き電線。 - 前記電線接続部を側面視した場合に、前記底面の後端は、前記底面における前記折れ曲がり部よりも前側の部分の延長線上、または前記延長線よりも前記中心軸側に位置している
請求項1または2に記載の端子付き電線。 - 前記電線接続部は、前記電線の芯線に対して圧着された芯線圧着部と、前記電線の被覆に対して圧着された被覆圧着部と、を有し、
前記折れ曲がり部は、前記被覆圧着部の底面に形成されている
請求項1から3の何れか1項に記載の端子付き電線。 - 並列に並ぶ複数の圧着端子と、複数の前記圧着端子の並び方向に沿って延在する連結片と、前記圧着端子の一端と前記連結片とを繋ぐ繋ぎ部と、を有する端子連鎖体を供給する端子供給装置と、
前記端子供給装置によって供給される前記圧着端子を支持する支持面と、前記支持面の一端に設けられた第一のエッジ部とを有する第一金型と、
前記支持面と対向して配置され、かつ前記支持面に対して相対移動しながら前記支持面との間に前記圧着端子および電線を挟み込んで前記電線に対して前記圧着端子を圧着させる第二金型と、
前記第一金型に隣接して配置され、前記第一のエッジ部と対応する第二のエッジ部を有する端子切断体と、
を備え、
前記端子切断体は、前記第二金型の移動と同方向に前記第一金型に対して相対移動しながら前記第二のエッジ部によって前記第一のエッジ部と協働して前記繋ぎ部における前記圧着端子との境界を切断し、
前記支持面における前記第一のエッジ部側の端部は、前記第一のエッジ部へ向かうに従って前記第二金型側に向かうように傾斜している
ことを特徴とする端子圧着装置。
