1.化合物1の合成
本発明の一実施形態に係るモノアミン化合物である化合物1は、例えば下記の反応によって合成されることができる。

以下では素子構成を変えて、2回の素子作成及び発光効率特性評価を行った。
上述した化合物1、12、及び38を正孔輸送層材料として使用して実施例1〜実施例3の有機電界発光素子を製作した。
上述した化合物1、11、12、16、38、73、103、104、及び122を第2正孔輸送層材料として使用して実施例4〜実施例12の有機電界発光素子を製作した。

- 下記の化学式1で表わされるモノアミン化合物。
L1は置換若しくは無置換の環形成炭素数6以上30以下のアリーレン基、又は置換若しくは無置換の環形成炭素数2以上30以下のヘテロアリーレン基であり、
nは1又は2の整数であり、
L2及びL3は各々独立的に単結合、置換若しくは無置換の環形成炭素数6以上30以下のアリーレン基、又は置換若しくは無置換の環形成炭素数2以上30以下のヘテロアリーレン基であり、

- 前記R1は、置換若しくは無置換のフェニル基、置換若しくは無置換のナフチル基、置換若しくは無置換のビフェニル基、又は置換若しくは無置換の含窒素ヘテロアリール基である請求項1に記載のモノアミン化合物。
- 前記Ar1及び前記Ar2は、各々独立的に下記の化学式3で表わされる1価基である請求項1に記載のモノアミン化合物。
前記化学式1において、前記L2及び前記L3は各々独立的に置換若しくは無置換の環形成炭素数6以上30以下のアリーレン基、又は置換若しくは非置換された環形成炭素数2以上30以下のヘテロアリーレン基である。 - 前記Ar1及び前記Ar2は、各々独立的に下記の化学式4で表わされる請求項1に記載のモノアミン化合物。

R4及びR5は各々独立的に水素原子、重水素原子、置換若しくは無置換の炭素数1以上10以下のアルキル基、置換若しくは無置換の環形成炭素数6以上30以下のアリール基、置換若しくは無置換の環形成炭素数2以上30以下のヘテロアリール基、又は置換若しくは無置換のアリールシリル基であり、
p及びqは、各々独立的に0以上4以下の整数である。 - 前記化学式1で表わされるモノアミン化合物は下記化合物群1で表わされる化合物の中から選択される少なくとも1つである請求項1に記載のモノアミン化合物。
