Abstract
Description
上述結果を確認した後、当該伝動制御モジュールのスイッチがオンし、当該収容箱駆動装置を動作させるように制御し、ピッキングすべき収容箱がピッキング口に移動し始める。時間Tまたは移動ステップ数が経過した後、当該伝動制御モジュールのスイッチがオフし、この時、ピッキングすべき収容箱がピッキング口まで移動し、ユーザが荷物をピッキングすることができる。
Claims (10)
- 収容箱を移動するための荷物搬送モジュールと、
荷物を前記収容箱に収容する時に荷物情報を入力して荷物保管データを形成するための情報入力モジュールと、
前記荷物保管データを記憶するためのデータ記憶モジュールと、
抽出する必要のある荷物情報によって、前記荷物保管データを検索して検索結果を伝動制御モジュールに送信するためのデータ検索モジュールと、
前記検索結果によって、前記荷物搬送モジュールを動作させるように制御して、抽出する必要のある荷物が位置する収容箱をピッキング口まで搬送させるための伝動制御モジュールと、
を含むことを特徴とする自動倉庫制御システム。 - 前記荷物搬送モジュールは、棚と、前記棚に支持された若干数の収容箱と、前記棚を循環移動するように前記収容箱を押すための収容箱駆動装置とを含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の自動倉庫制御システム。
- 前記情報入力モジュールは、バーコード走査装置またはRFIDタグ走査装置を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の自動倉庫制御システム。
- 前記各収容箱は一つの唯一番号を有し、
前記荷物保管データは、前記荷物情報と前記収容箱の番号との対応関係を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の自動倉庫制御システム。 - 前記伝動制御モジュールは、スイッチを含み、前記スイッチがオンのとき、前記収容箱駆動装置が動作し、前記収容箱の移動を押すように構成されていることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の自動倉庫制御システム。
- 前記伝動制御モジュールが動作する具体的な過程は、
前記検索結果によって、ピッキングすべき荷物が位置するピッキングすべき収容箱の番号と、現在前記ピッキングすべき収容箱から前記ピッキング口までの距離とを判定し、
前記距離によって、前記ピッキングすべき収容箱が前記ピッキング口まで移動する特定時間または特定移動ステップ数を判定し、
前記スイッチをオンし、前記特定時間または前記特定移動ステップ数が経過した後、前記スイッチをオフすることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の自動倉庫制御システム。 - 前記自動倉庫は複数の棚を備え、
前記伝動制御モジュールは、前記棚に対応する複数のスイッチを含むことを特徴とする請求項1〜6の何れか一項に記載の自動倉庫制御システム。 - 荷物を収容箱に収容する時に、荷物情報を入力し、荷物保管データを形成するステップaと、
前記荷物保管データを記憶するステップbと、
抽出する必要のある荷物情報によって、前記荷物保管データを検索するステップcと、
前記検索結果によって、抽出する必要のある荷物が位置する収容箱をピッキング口まで搬送するステップdと、
を含むことを特徴とする自動倉庫制御方法。 - 前記自動倉庫は、棚と、前記棚に支持された若干数の収容箱と、前記棚を循環移動するように前記収容箱を押すための収容箱駆動装置とを備えることを特徴とする請求項8に記載の自動倉庫制御方法。
- 前記ステップdは、さらに、
前記検索結果によって、ピッキングすべき荷物が位置するピッキングすべき収容箱の番号と、現在前記ピッキングすべき収容箱から前記ピッキング口までの距離とを判定するステップと、
前記距離によって、前記ピッキングすべき収容箱が前記ピッキング口まで移動する特定時間または特定移動ステップ数を判定するステップと、
前記収容箱駆動装置をオンし、前記特定時間または前記特定移動ステップ数が経過した後、前記収容箱駆動装置をオフするステップと
含むことを特徴とする請求項9に記載の自動倉庫制御方法。
