Claims (15)
- 3次元物体を生成するための装置であって、
造形材料の層の第1の部分を合体及び固化させるために該層にエネルギーを加えるためのエネルギー源と、
造形材料の層の第2の部分に冷却剤を選択的に加えるための剤供給器と、
コントローラ
を備え、
前記コントローラは、前記第1の部分を合体及び固化させるために前記層に第1のパターンでエネルギーを加えるように前記エネルギー源を制御し、及び、前記層の前記第2の部分に前記冷却剤を第2のパターンで選択的に加えるように前記剤供給器を制御し、
前記第1のパターンと前記第2のパターンは互いに独立していることからなる、装置。 - 前記冷却剤を加える前に、造形材料の前記層からの測定された温度分布を表す温度フィードバックを得るための温度センサーをさらに備える請求項1の装置であって、前記冷却剤は、前記測定された温度分布に基づいて選択的に加えられることからなる、装置。
- 前記コントローラは、前記冷却剤を加えるように前記剤供給器を制御する前に、熱プロセスモデルに基づいて、前記造形材料の層の温度分布を決定することができ、前記コントローラは、前記温度分布に基づいて、前記冷却剤を選択的に加えるように前記剤供給器を制御することができる、請求項1の装置。
- 前記コントローラは、前記冷却剤が選択的に加えられる前に、前記造形材料の温度分布に基づいて、目標温度分布を達成するために選択的に加えるべき前記冷却剤の量及び位置を決定することができる、請求項1の装置。
- 前記剤供給器と第2の剤供給器の少なくとも一方が、前記層の前記第1の部分に合体助剤を選択的に加えることができ、
前記コントローラは、前記エネルギーが加えられたときに前記層の前記第1の部分を合体させるために、該第1の部分に前記合体助剤を選択的に加えるように前記剤供給器または前記第2の剤供給器を制御することができる、請求項1の装置。 - 前記剤供給器と前記第2の剤供給器の少なくとも一方が、前記層の第3の部分に追加の合体助剤を選択的に加えることができ、
前記コントローラは、前記追加の合体助剤と前記造形材料の組み合わせに起因する前記第3の部分の合体を生じさせることなく、前記エネルギーが加えられたときに前記第3の部分を暖めるために、該第3の部分に前記合体助剤を選択的に加えるように前記剤供給器または前記第2の剤供給器を制御することができる、請求項5の装置。 - 前記冷却剤は水を含む、請求項1の装置。
- 前記コントローラは、前記エネルギーを加えるように前記エネルギー源を制御する前に、前記冷却剤を選択的に加えるように前記剤供給器を制御することができる。請求項1の装置。
- 前記コントローラは、前記エネルギーを加えるように前記エネルギー源を制御した後に、前記冷却剤を選択的に加えるように前記剤供給器を制御することができる。請求項1の装置。
- 3次元物体を生成する方法であって、
供給された造形材料の層の第1の部分を合体及び固化させるために、該層にエネルギーを第1のパターンで加えるステップと、
前記造形材料の前記層の第2の部分の温度を下げるために、該第2の部分に冷却剤を第2のパターンで選択的に加えるステップ
を含み、
前記第2のパターンは、前記層からの測定された温度分布を表すデータまたは熱プロセスモデルによって予測された温度分布を表すデータから得られることからなる、方法。 - 前記冷却剤を加える前に、造形材料の前記層からの前記測定された温度分布を表す温度フィードバックを得るステップをさらに含む、請求項10の方法。
- 前記冷却剤を加える前に、前記熱プロセスモデルによって予測された前記温度分布に基づいて、造形材料の前記層の温度分布を決定するステップをさらに含む、請求項10の方法。
