Claims (30)

1. Устройство для формирования трехмерного объекта, содержащее:
источник энергии для подачи энергии на слой модельного материала для вызывания коалесценции и затвердевания первого участка слоя; и
распределитель агента для выборочной подачи охлаждающего агента на второй участок слоя модельного материала; и
контроллер для:
управления источником энергии для подачи энергии на слой для вызывания коалесценции и затвердевания первого участка по первому рисунку; и
управления распределителем агента для выборочной подачи охлаждающего агента на второй участок слоя по второму рисунку, при этом первый и второй рисунки не зависят друг от друга.
2. Устройство по п.1, дополнительно содержащее датчик температуры для получения обратной связи по температуре, причем обратная связь отображает измеренное распределение температуры слоя модельного материала до подачи охлаждающего агента, причем охлаждающий агент выборочно подается на основании измеренного распределения температуры.
3. Устройство по п.1, в котором контроллер предназначен для определения, до управления распределителем агента для подачи охлаждающего агента, распределения температуры слоя модельного материала на основании модели теплового процесса, причем контроллер предназначен для управления распределителем агента для выборочной подачи охлаждающего агента на основании распределения температуры.
4. Устройство по п.1, в котором контроллер предназначен для определения, на основании распределения температуры модельного материала до выборочной подачи охлаждающего агента, количества и местоположения охлаждающего агента для выборочной подачи для достижения целевого распределения температуры.
5. Устройство по п.1, в котором
по меньшей мере один из распределителя агента или второго распределителя агента предназначен для выборочной подачи коалесцирующего агента на первый участок слоя,
причем контроллер предназначен для управления распределителем агента или вторым распределителем агента для выборочной подачи коалесцирующего агента на первый участок слоя для вызывания коалесценции первого участка при подаче энергии.
6. Устройство по п.5, в котором
по меньшей мере один из распределителя агента или второго распределителя агента предназначен для выборочной подачи дополнительного коалесцирующего агента на третий участок слоя,
причем контроллер предназначен для управления распределителем агента или вторым распределителем агента для выборочной подачи коалесцирующего агента на третий участок слоя для вызывания нагрева третьего участка при подаче энергии, без вызывания коалесценции третьего участка вследствие объединения дополнительного коалесцирующего агента и модельного материала.
7. Устройство по п.1, в котором охлаждающий агент содержит воду.
8. Устройство по п.1, в котором контроллер предназначен для управления распределителем агента для выборочной подачи охлаждающего агента до управления источником энергии для подачи энергии.
9. Устройство по п.1, в котором контроллер предназначен для управления распределителем агента для выборочной подачи охлаждающего агента после управления источником энергии для подачи энергии.
10. Способ формирования трехмерного объекта, содержащий:
подачу энергии на слой поданного модельного материала для вызывания коалесценции и затвердевания первого участка слоя по первому рисунку; и
выборочную подачу охлаждающего агента на второй участок слоя модельного материала для снижения температуры второго участка по второму рисунку, полученному из данных, отображающих измеренное распределение температуры слоя или отображающих распределение температуры, предсказываемое моделью теплового процесса.
11. Способ по п.10, дополнительно содержащий получение обратной связи по температуре, причем обратная связь отображает измеренное распределение температуры слоя модельного материала до подачи охлаждающего агента.
12. Способ по п.10, дополнительно содержащий определение, до подачи охлаждающего агента, распределения температуры слоя модельного материала на основании распределения температуры, предсказанного моделью теплового процесса.
13. Способ по п.10, дополнительно содержащий выборочную подачу коалесцирующего агента на первый участок модельного материала для вызывания коалесценции первого участка при подаче энергии.
14. Способ по п.10, дополнительно содержащий выборочную подачу охлаждающего агента для управления механическими свойствами модельного материала, где требуется коалесценция.
15. Способ формирования трехмерного объекта, содержащий:
подачу слоя модельного материала;
выборочное нанесение коалесцирующего агента на первый участок слоя;
подачу энергии на слой для вызывания коалесценции и затвердевания по первому рисунку первого участка, имеющего коалесцирующий агент; и
выборочную подачу охлаждающей жидкости на второй участок слоя для снижения температуры второго участка модельного материала по второму рисунку на основании данных, отображающих положение, в которое должна быть выборочно подана охлаждающая жидкость, при этом первый и второй рисунки не зависят друг от друга.
