Claims (15)
- 造形モジュールであって、
ハウジングと、
造形材料を保持するために前記ハウジングに設けられた造形材料室と、
前記ハウジングに設けられた造形室であって、前記造形材料室が、前記造形室の下にあり、前記造形室が、前記造形材料室から独立しており、かつ、造形材料供給器から前記造形材料の連続した層を受け取るための可動支持部材を含む、造形室と
を含み、
前記造形モジュールは、積層造形システムの造形レシーバの中に取り外し可能に挿入可能であり、それによって、前記積層造形システムは、前記可動支持部材上に受け取られた前記連続した層の一部を硬化させることができる、造形モジュール。 - 前記造形材料室から前記造形室の前記支持部材上に前記造形材料の連続した層を提供するための前記造形材料供給器をさらに含む、請求項1に記載の造形モジュール。
- 前記ハウジングは、前記積層造形システムのハウジングに取り付けられた第2の固定具と結合し、前記積層造形システムの前記ハウジングの中に前記造形モジュールを固定するための第1の固定具を含む、請求項1または請求項2に記載の造形モジュール。

前記ハウジングに設けられたコンピュータ読み取り可能媒体であって、前記コンピュータ読み取り可能媒体が、前記造形モジュールの特徴を表す造形モジュールデータを含む、コンピュータ読み取り可能媒体と

前記造形モジュールは、積層造形システムの造形容量の中に取り外し可能に挿入可能であり、それによって、前記積層造形システムは、前記可動支持部材上に受け取られた前記連続した層の一部を硬化させることができる、造形モジュール。 - 前記積層造形システムのコントローラは、
前記造形材料供給器によって前記造形室に前記造形材料を提供すること、及び
前記造形モジュールデータに基づく、薬剤供給器による前記造形材料への合体助剤の選択的供給
のうちの少なくとも一方を制御するように構成される、請求項4に記載の造形モジュール。 - 前記特徴は、前記造形室に保持されるべき前記造形材料のタイプを含む、請求項4または請求項5に記載の造形モジュール。
- 前記造形材料の前記タイプを検出するためのセンサをさらに含む、請求項6に記載の造形モジュール。
- 前記特徴は、前記コンピュータ読み取り可能媒体においてユーザからの入力として受け取られる、請求項4〜7の何れか一項に記載の造形モジュール。
- 積層造形システムのための造形モジュールであって、前記造形モジュールが、
ハウジングと、
造形材料を保持するために前記ハウジングに設けられた造形材料室と、
前記ハウジングに設けられた造形室であって、前記造形室が、前記造形材料室から独立しており、かつ、造形材料供給器から前記造形材料の連続した層を受け取るための可動支持部材を含む、造形室と

前記造形モジュールが、もう一つのそのような造形モジュールと同時に、積層造形システムの造形容量の中に取り外し可能に挿入可能であり、それによって、前記積層造形システムは、前記可動支持部材上に受け取られた前記連続した層の一部を硬化させることができる、造形モジュール。 - 造形アセンブリを含み、前記造形アセンブリは、前記造形材料室及び前記造形室を含み、前記ハウジングは、前記造形アセンブリを取り外し可能に受け入れる、請求項1〜9の何れか一項に記載の造形モジュール。
- 前記造形アセンブリは、前記造形材料供給器をさらに含む、請求項10に記載の造形モジュール。
- 前記造形材料供給器は、前記造形モジュールが取り外し可能に挿入可能である前記積層造形システムの一部である、請求項1、請求項3(但し、請求項2を引用する場合を除く)、及び請求項4〜9の何れか一項に記載の造形モジュール。
- 前記ハウジングに取り外し可能に結合されたカバーを含む、請求項1〜12の何れか一項に記載の造形モジュール。
- 前記造形材料室は、前記造形材料を保持するための可動支持部材を含む、請求項1〜13の何れか一項に記載の造形モジュール。
- 請求項1〜14の何れか一項に記載の造形モジュールを取り外し可能に受け入れるための積層造形システム。
