- ベース層、前記ベース層の上に配置された回路層、前記回路層の上に配置された発光素子層、及び前記発光素子層の上に配置された薄膜封止層を含む有機発光表示パネルと、
前記薄膜封止層の上に配置され、それぞれが列方向に並べられたセンサブロックを含み、前記列方向と交差する行方向に沿って並べられた第1及び第2センサ列、及び前記センサブロックに連結されたタッチ信号ラインを含むタッチ感知ユニット(touch sensing unit)と、を含み、
前記センサブロックそれぞれは、
第1センサと、
前記列方向に並べられたi個(ここで、iは2以上の自然数)の第2センサと、を含み、
前記タッチ信号ラインは、
前記センサブロックの第1センサにそれぞれ連結された第1タッチ信号ラインと、
前記センサブロックのうちn番目のセンサブロックの前記i個の第2センサのうちj番目(ここで、jは1以上でi以下の自然数)の第2センサと、前記センサブロックのうちn+1番目のセンサブロックの前記i個の第2センサのうちi−j+1番目の第2センサを連結する第2タッチ信号ラインと、
前記第2タッチ信号ラインのうち前記第1センサ列の第1センサブロックの前記j番目の第2センサに連結された一つの第2タッチ信号ラインと前記第2タッチ信号ラインのうち第2センサ列の第1センサブロックの前記j番目の第2センサとに連結された他の一つの第2タッチ信号ラインに連結されるか、又は、前記第1タッチ信号ラインのうち前記第1センサ列の第1センサブロックの前記第1センサに連結された一つの第1タッチ信号ラインと前記第1タッチ信号ラインのうち前記第2センサ列の第1センサブロックの前記第1センサとに連結された他の一つの第1タッチ信号ラインに連結される、第3タッチ信号ラインと、を含み、
前記回路層は、前記ベース層の上に配置された第1信号ライン、前記第1信号ラインの上に配置された第1層間絶縁層、前記第1層間絶縁層の上に配置された第2信号ライン、及び前記第1信号ラインまたは前記第2信号ラインと同じ層の上に配置されたダミー導電ラインを含み、
前記一つの第1タッチ信号ライン、前記他の一つの第1タッチ信号ライン、前記一つの第2タッチ信号ライン、及び前記他の一つの第2タッチ信号ラインのうち前記第3タッチ信号ラインに連結されていない信号ラインは前記第3タッチ信号ラインと同じ層の上に配置され、
前記第3タッチ信号ラインに連結されていない前記信号ラインと前記第3タッチ信号ラインのうちいずれか一つは前記ダミー導電ラインに連結されたことを特徴とする表示装置。 - 前記第3タッチ信号ラインは前記一つの第2タッチ信号ライン及び前記他の一つの第2タッチ信号ラインに連結され、前記第3タッチ信号ラインに連結されていない前記信号ラインは前記一つの第1タッチ信号ラインと前記他の一つの第1タッチ信号ラインを含み、
前記一つの第1タッチ信号ラインと前記他の一つの第1タッチ信号ラインが前記ダミー導電ラインに連結され、前記第3タッチ信号ラインは前記ダミー導電ラインに重畳することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の表示装置。 - 前記一つの第1タッチ信号ラインと前記他の一つの第1タッチ信号ラインそれぞれは、タッチ配線部及び前記タッチ配線部の末端に連結されたタッチパッド部を含み、
前記タッチ配線部は、
一端が前記センサブロックの第1センサのうち対応する第1センサに連結され、他端が前記ダミー導電ラインに連結された第1配線部と、
一端が前記ダミー導電ラインに連結され、他端が前記タッチパッド部に連結された第2配線部と、を含むことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の表示装置。 - 前記ダミー導電ラインは前記第1信号ラインと同じ層の上に配置され、
前記第1配線部は前記第1層間絶縁層を貫通する第1コンタクト孔を介して前記ダミー導電ラインに連結されたことを特徴とする請求項3に記載の表示装置。 - 前記第3タッチ信号ラインは前記一つの第2タッチ信号ライン及び前記他の一つの第2タッチ信号ラインに連結され、前記第3タッチ信号ラインに連結されていない前記信号ラインは前記一つの第1タッチ信号ラインと前記他の一つの第1タッチ信号ラインを含み、
前記第3タッチ信号ラインが前記ダミー導電ラインに連結され、前記一つの第1タッチ信号ラインと前記他の一つの第1タッチ信号ラインが前記ダミー導電ラインに重畳することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の表示装置。 - 前記第3タッチ信号ラインは、
一端が前記ダミー導電ラインに連結された第1配線部と、
一端が前記ダミー導電ラインに連結され、前記第1配線部と前記行方向に離隔された第2配線部と、を含むことを特徴とする請求項5に記載の表示装置。 - 前記第3タッチ信号ラインは前記一つの第1タッチ信号ライン及び前記他の一つの第1タッチ信号ラインに連結され、前記第3タッチ信号ラインに連結されていない前記信号ラインは前記一つの第2タッチ信号ラインと前記他の一つの第2タッチ信号ラインを含み、
前記一つの第2タッチ信号ラインと前記他の一つの第2タッチ信号ラインが前記ダミー導電ラインに連結され、前記第3タッチ信号ラインが前記ダミー導電ラインに重畳することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の表示装置。 - 前記一つの第2タッチ信号ラインと前記他の一つの第2タッチ信号ラインそれぞれは、タッチ配線部及び前記タッチ配線部の末端に連結されたタッチパッド部を含み、
前記タッチ配線部は、
一端が前記j番目の第2センサに連結され、他端が前記ダミー導電ラインに連結された第1配線部と、
一端が前記ダミー導電ラインに連結され、他端が前記タッチパッド部に連結された第2配線部と、を含むことを特徴とする請求項7に記載の表示装置。 - 前記第3タッチ信号ラインは前記一つの第1タッチ信号ライン及び前記他の一つの第1タッチ信号ラインに連結され、前記第3タッチ信号ラインに連結されていない前記信号ラインは前記一つの第2タッチ信号ラインと前記他の一つの第2タッチ信号ラインを含み、
前記第3タッチ信号ラインが前記ダミー導電ラインに連結され、前記一つの第2タッチ信号ラインと前記他の一つの第2タッチ信号ラインが前記ダミー導電ラインに重畳することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の表示装置。 - ベース層、前記ベース層の上に配置された回路層、前記回路層の上に配置された発光素子層、及び前記発光素子層の上に配置された薄膜封止層を含む有機発光表示パネルと、
前記薄膜封止層の上に配置され、タッチセンサ及び前記タッチセンサに連結されたタッチ信号ラインを含むタッチ感知ユニットを含み、
前記回路層は、前記ベース層の上に配置された第1信号ライン、前記第1信号ラインの上に配置された第1層間絶縁層、前記第1層間絶縁層の上に配置された第2信号ライン、及びダミー導電パッドを含み、
前記タッチ信号ラインのうち第1タッチ信号ラインのそれぞれは、タッチ配線部及び前記タッチ配線部の末端に連結されたタッチパッド部を含み、
前記ダミー導電パッドは、前記第1信号ラインまたは前記第2信号ラインと同じ層の上に配置され、前記タッチパッド部に重畳することを特徴とする表示装置。 - 前記ダミー導電パッドは前記第1信号ラインと同じ層の上に配置された第1ダミー導電パッド及び前記第2信号ラインと同じ層の上に配置された第2ダミー導電パッドを含むことを特徴とする請求項10に記載の表示装置。
- 前記タッチパッド部は、少なくとも前記第1層間絶縁層を貫通する第1コンタクト孔を介して前記第1ダミー導電パッドに連結されたことを特徴とする請求項11に記載の表示装置。
- 前記回路層は、前記第2信号ラインの上に配置された第2層間絶縁層を更に含み、
前記タッチパッド部は、前記第2層間絶縁層を貫通する第2コンタクト孔を介して前記第2ダミー導電パッドに連結されたことを特徴とする請求項11に記載の表示装置。 - 前記第1ダミー導電パッド及び前記第2ダミー導電パッドそれぞれはフローティング電極であることを特徴とする請求項11に記載の表示装置。
- 前記第2信号ラインのそれぞれは、信号配線部及び前記信号配線部の末端に連結された信号パッド部を含み、
前記タッチ感知ユニットは前記タッチパッド部と同じ層の上に配置され、前記信号パッド部に連結されたフローティング電極を更に含むことを特徴とする請求項10に記載の表示装置。
