Abstract
【解決手段】それぞれアクティブ領域とデッド領域を有し、互いに対向する第1バッファ層及び第2バッファ層220上に、トランジスタ及び有機発光ダイオードアレイと、タッチ電極アレイを有する有機発光表示装置において、前記第2バッファ層220のデッド領域のうち一部に形成されたタッチパッド部と、タッチパッド部とダミーパッド部との間に複数個の導電性ボール455を含むシール材450と、を含んでなり、前記タッチパッド部周辺のデッド領域、及び、複数個のタッチパッド間に、前記シール材450と接する前記第2バッファ層220の最上面は無機膜236である。

Claims (13)
- それぞれアクティブ領域とデッド領域を有し、互いに対向する第1バッファ層及び第2バッファ層上に、トランジスタ及び有機発光ダイオードアレイと、タッチ電極アレイを有する有機発光表示装置において、
前記第2バッファ層のデッド領域のうち一部に形成されたタッチパッド部と、
前記タッチパッド部にそれぞれ離隔して形成された複数個のタッチパッドと、
前記第1バッファ層のデッド領域に、前記複数個のタッチパッドのそれぞれに対応する複数個のダミーパッドを含むダミーパッド部と、
前記タッチパッド部と前記ダミーパッド部との間に複数個の導電性ボールを含むシール材と、を含んでなり、
前記タッチパッド部周辺のデッド領域及び複数個のタッチパッド間に、前記シール材と接する前記第2バッファ層の最上面は無機膜であることを特徴とする、有機発光表示装置。 - 前記タッチパッドは、それぞれ前記第2バッファ層上に形成されている金属層と、前記金属層との間に層間絶縁膜を介在されてコンタクトしている透明導電パターンとを含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の有機発光表示装置。
- 前記シール材の縁部で接する前記第2バッファ層の最上面は、SiNxまたはSiOxであることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の有機発光表示装置。
- 前記シール材の縁部で接する前記第2バッファ層の最上面は、透明導電膜であることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の有機発光表示装置。
- 前記透明導電膜は、前記第2バッファ層上に直接形成されたことを特徴とする、請求項4に記載の有機発光表示装置。
- 前記シール材の縁部で接する前記第2バッファ層の最上面は、前記層間絶縁膜が除去された前記第2バッファ層であることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の有機発光表示装置。
- 前記層間絶縁膜は、SiNx、SiOx、ポリイミドのうち少なくともいずれか一つを含むことを特徴とする、請求項6に記載の有機発光表示装置。
- 前記タッチパッドの層間絶縁膜の側壁は、前記SiNxまたはSiOxが覆うことを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の有機発光表示装置。
- 前記タッチパッドの層間絶縁膜は、有機絶縁膜であることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の有機発光表示装置。
- 前記タッチパッドの透明導電パターンと前記透明導電膜は、同一層であることを特徴とする、請求項4に記載の有機発光表示装置。
- 前記透明導電パターンは、前記複数個のタッチパッド間に離隔して分離されていることを特徴とする、請求項10に記載の有機発光表示装置。
- 前記透明導電パターンは、二重層の透明導電膜材料からなることを特徴とする、請求項10に記載の有機発光表示装置。
- 前記二重層の透明導電膜材料の第1層は、前記タッチ電極アレイをなす互いに交差する第1、第2電極と同一層であり、第2層は、前記第1、第2電極を覆う共通電極パターンと同一層であることを特徴とする、請求項12に記載の有機発光表示装置。
