Abstract
【解決手段】 本発明による表示装置は、第1方向に配列され、物理的に分離されている複数の第1電極セルをそれぞれ含む複数の第1電極パターンと、第1方向と交差する第2方向に配列され、物理的に分離されている複数の第2電極セルをそれぞれ含む複数の第2電極パターンと、前記複数の第1電極セルに接続されている複数の第1タッチ信号線と、前記複数の第2電極セルに接続されている複数の第2タッチ信号線とを含む。前記第1及び第2電極パターン及び第1及び第2タッチ信号線は全て基板上に同一層に位置し、それぞれの第1電極セルに第1タッチ信号線が独立的に接続されている。

Claims (9)
- 物理的に分離されている複数の第1電極セルをそれぞれ含み、第1方向に配列されている複数の第1電極パターンと、
物理的に分離されている複数の第2電極セルをそれぞれ含み、第1方向と交差する第2方向に配列されている複数の第2電極パターンと、
前記複数の第1電極セルの各々に接続されている第1タッチ信号線と、
前記複数の第2電極セルの各々に接続されている第2タッチ信号線と
を含み、
前記第1及び第2電極パターンと第1及び第2タッチ信号線は全て基板上に同一層に位置し、
それぞれの第1電極セルに第1タッチ信号線が独立的に接続されていることを特徴とするタッチパネル。 - 第1方向に隣接する第1電極セルと第2電極セルは相互静電容量方式のタッチセンサを形成し、それぞれの第1電極セルは自己静電容量方式のタッチセンサを形成することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のタッチパネル。
- それぞれの第1電極パターンはm個(ここで、mは1より大きい整数)の第1電極セルを含み、前記m個の第1電極セルはm本の第1タッチ信号線に一対一対応関係で接続されていることを特徴とする請求項2に記載のタッチパネル。
- 互いに異なる第2電極パターンに属する複数の第2電極セルが第2タッチ信号線によって第2方向に接続されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のタッチパネル。
- それぞれの第1電極セルは、隣接するn個(ここで、nは1より大きい整数)の第2電極セルと対を成し、
いずれか一つの第1電極セルと対を成す第1グループの第2電極セルは前記いずれか一つの第1電極セルと第2方向に隣接する第1電極セルと対を成す第2グループの第2電極セルとn本の第2タッチ信号線によって一対一対応関係で接続されていることを特徴とする請求項4に記載のタッチパネル。 - 前記第1グループの第2電極セルは前記第2グループの第2電極セルと互いに近い順に対を成して接続されていることを特徴とする請求項5に記載のタッチパネル。
- それぞれの第2電極パターンに含まれる複数の第2電極セルは電気的に接続されていることを特徴とする請求項6に記載のタッチパネル。
- それぞれの第2電極パターンに含まれる複数の第2電極セルは電気的に分離可能に接続されていることを特徴とする請求項7に記載のタッチパネル。
- 前記第1及び第2電極パターン及び第1及び第2タッチ信号線は透明な導電物質、導電性ナノワイヤー、またはメタルメッシュから形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のタッチパネル。
