Abstract
Description
繊維質基材と、その表面側に設けられたポリウレタン樹脂層と、を備える合成皮革であって、前記ポリウレタン樹脂層の表面から前記繊維質基材を貫通する孔である複数の開口部を有し、前記ポリウレタン樹脂層の表面における開口率が1〜15%である合成皮革を作製する工程と、
前記繊維質基材の裏面に、反応性ホットメルトポリウレタン樹脂からなる接着剤を15〜100g/m2の塗布量で塗布し、経糸密度が25〜50本/25.4mmかつ緯糸密度が30〜50本/25.4mmの織物を、前記接着剤からなる接着剤層を介して貼り付ける工程と、
を含むものである。
JIS L1096 8.26.1A法(フラジール形法)に準拠して室温(23℃)での通気度を測定した。測定値が大きいほど通気性が高いことを示す。
引裂き強度は、以下の引裂き試験において、引裂きにより試験片が切断するまでの最大荷重(N)である。詳細には、幅40mm、長さ150mmの試験片を、経方向及び緯方向から各々3枚採取した。試験片に短辺の中央から長辺に平行に内部へ長さ75mmの切り込みをいれた。室温20±2℃、湿度65±5%RHの状況下で、引張試験機オートグラフAG−100A(株式会社島津製作所製)を用いて、試験片の切り込みを入れた辺の両側を、一対のつかみ具に表裏が逆になるようにつかみ間隔10mmで取り付け、移動速度200mm/minで試験片を引裂いた。試験片が切断するまでの最大荷重(N)を測定し、平均値を求めた。測定値が20N以上であれば、車両内装材用途として十分な引裂き強度であるといえ、数値が大きいほど、引裂き強度に優れる。
引張強度は、以下の引張試験において、引っ張りにより試験片が破断するまでの最大最大荷重(N)を試験片の幅(cm)で除した値(N/cm)である。詳細には、幅30mm、長さ150mmの試験片を、経方向及び緯方向から各々3枚採取した。室温20±2℃、湿度65±5%RHの状況下で、試験片の両端をつかみ具でたるみのないように挟み、引張試験機オートグラフAG−100A(株式会社島津製作所製)を用いて、つかみ幅30mm、つかみ間隔100mm、つかみ具の移動速度200mm/minで試験片を破断させた。試験片が破断するまでの単位幅当たりの最大荷重(N/cm)を測定し、平均値を求めた。測定値が50N/cm以上であれば、車両内装材用途として十分な引張強度であるといえ、数値が大きいほど、引張強度に優れる。
ポリカーボネート系ポリウレタン樹脂(DIC株式会社製 クリスボンNY−328)100質量部に対して、ジメチルホルムアミド40質量部を加え粘度約2000mPa・sに調整してポリウレタン樹脂液を作製した。該ポリウレタン樹脂液を離型紙へ塗布厚さが200μmになるようにコーティングした後、130℃で2分間乾燥し、ポリウレタン樹脂からなる表皮樹脂層を形成した。
平織物(経糸:14番手双糸のポリエステル紡績糸、密度31本/25.4mm、1インチ間の総番手数0.226、緯糸:10番手双糸のポリエステル紡績糸、密度35本/25.4mm、1インチ間の総番手数0.143)を用いた以外は、すべて実施例1と同様にして複合表皮材を得た。
平織物(経糸:14番手双糸のポリエステル紡績糸、密度49本/25.4mm、1インチ間の総番手数0.143、緯糸:10番手双糸のポリエステル紡績糸、密度44本/25.4mm、1インチ間の総番手数0.114)を用いた以外は、すべて実施例1と同様にして複合表皮材を得た。
平織物(経糸:2000番手双糸のポリエステル紡績糸、密度18本/25.4mm、1インチ間の総番手数55.6、緯糸:2000番手双糸のポリエステル紡績糸、密度25本/25.4mm、1インチ間の総番手数40.0)を用いた以外は、すべて実施例1と同様にして複合表皮材を得た。
平織物(経糸:2番手双糸のポリエステル紡績糸、密度60本/25.4mm、1インチ間の総番手数0.017、緯糸:2番手双糸のポリエステル紡績糸、密度55本/25.4mm、1インチ間の総番手数0.018)を用いた以外は、すべて実施例1と同様にして複合表皮材を得た。
合成皮革に対する孔開け加工を、平均口径8.0mmの開口部が開口率16.4%で形成されるようにし、また、接着剤の塗布量を12g/m2とした以外は、すべて実施例1と同様にして複合表皮材を得た。
接着剤の塗布量を120g/m2とした以外は、すべて実施例1と同様にして複合表皮材を得た。
Claims (2)
- 繊維質基材と、前記繊維質基材の表面側に設けられたポリウレタン樹脂層と、前記繊維質基材の裏面側にポリウレタン樹脂からなる接着剤層を介して貼り付けられた織物と、を備え、前記ポリウレタン樹脂層の表面に複数の開口部を有する複合表皮材であって、
前記複数の開口部は、前記ポリウレタン樹脂層の表面から前記繊維質基材を貫通する孔であって、前記ポリウレタン樹脂層の表面における開口率が1〜15%であり、
前記織物は、経糸密度が25〜50本/25.4mmであり、かつ緯糸密度が30〜50本/25.4mmであり、
前記接着剤層の単位面積当たりの質量が15〜100g/m2であり、
前記複合表皮材の通気度が5〜100cm3/cm2・sであり、
前記複合表皮材の経方向及び緯方向の引裂き強度が各々20〜150Nであり、
前記複合表皮材の経方向及び緯方向の引張強度が各々50N/cm以上である、
であることを特徴とする車両用複合表皮材。 - 前記接着剤層には前記開口部に対応した位置に当該開口部に連通した貫通孔が形成され、該貫通孔が前記織物により覆われたことを特徴とする請求項1記載の車両用複合表皮材。
