- 굵기가 0.3데니어 이하인 극세사섬유로 이루어진 부직포층(1), 굵기가 0.3데니어 이하인 극세사섬유로 이루어진 원사로 제직 또는 제편된 직물 또는 편물층(2) 및 폴리우레탄 수지로 구성되며, 상기 부직포층(1)의 극세사섬유와 직물 또는 편물층(2)의 극세사섬유들이 서로 교락, 결합 되어있는 것을 특징으로 하는 저신장성 및 유연성이 우수한 인공피혁용 복합시트.
- 1항에 있어서, 인공피혁용 복합시트의 표면에 위치하는 극세사 섬유가 입모(立毛) 되어있는 것을 특징으로 하는 저신장성 및 유연성이 우수한 인공피혁용 복합시트.
- 1항에 있어서, 직물 또는 편물층(2)의 극세사섬유 굵기가 0.01∼0.3데니어인 것을 특징으로 하는 저신장성 및 유연성이 우수한 인공피혁용 복합시트.
- 1항에 있어서, 직물 또는 편물층(2)을 구성하는 원사가 200∼10,000개의 극세사섬유로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 저신장성 및 유연성이 우수한 인공피혁용 복합시트.
- 1항에 있어서, 직물 또는 편물층(2)을 구성하는 원사의 총섬도가 30∼150데니어인 것을 특징으로 하는 저신장성 및 유연성이 우수한 인공피혁용 복합시트.
- 1항에 있어서, 직물 또는 편물층(2)을 구성하는 원사의 꼬임수가 500∼700꼬임/m인 것을 특징으로 하는 저신장성 및 유연성이 우수한 인공피혁용 복합시트.
- 1항에 있어서, 직물 또는 편물층(2)을 구성하는 원사의 꼬임수가 700∼2,500꼬임/m인 것을 특징으로 하는 저신장성 및 유연성이 우수한 인공피혁용 복합시트.
- 1항에 있어서, 직물 또는 편물층(2)을 구성하는 원사의 꼬임수가 2,500∼4,000꼬임/m인 것을 특징으로 하는 저신장성 및 유연성이 우수한 인공피혁용 복합시트.
- 1항에 있어서, 직물 또는 편물층(2)을 구성하는 원사가 단섬유 방적사 또는 장섬유 필라멘트사인 것을 특징으로 하는 저신장성 및 유연성이 우수한 인공피혁용 복합시트.
- 1항에 있어서, 직물 또는 편물층(2)을 구성하는 원사가 폴리에스테르계 수지 또는 나일론계 수지로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 저신장성 및 유연성이 우수한 인공피혁용 복합시트.
- 1항에 있어서, 직물 또는 편물층(2)의 중량이 30∼200g/㎡인 것을 특징으로 하는 저신장성 및 유연성이 우수한 인공피혁용 복합시트.
- 1항에 있어서, 직물층(2)의 경·위사 밀도가 각각 40본/인치 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 저신장성 및 유연성이 우수한 인공피혁용 복합시트.
- 굵기가 0.3데니어 이하인 극세사섬유로 이루어진 부직포층(1), 굵기가 0.3데니어 이하인 극세사섬유로 이루어진 직물 또는 편물층(2) 및 폴리우레탄 수지로 구성되며, 상기 부직포층(1)의 극세사섬유와 직물 또는 편물층(2)의 극세사섬유들이 서로 교락, 결합 되어 있고, 상기 직물 또는 편물층(2)의 극세사섬유 굵기가 부직포층(2)의 극세사섬유 굵기보다 작거나 같은 것을 특징으로 하는 저신장성 및 유연성이 우수한 인공피혁용 복합시트.
- 13항에 있어서, 인공피혁용 복합시트의 표면에 위치하는 극세사 섬유가 입모(立毛) 되어있는 것을 특징으로 하는 저신장성 및 유연성이 우수한 인공피혁용 복합시트.
- 13항에 있어서, 부직포층(1) : 직물 또는 편물층(2)의 중량비가 90:10∼50:50인 것을 특징으로 하는 저신장성 및 유연성이 우수한 인공피혁용 복합시트.
- 13항에 있어서, 극세사섬유 : 폴리우레탄 수지의 중량비가 90:10∼50:50인 것을 특징으로 하는 저신장성 및 유연성이 우수한 인공피혁용 복합시트.
- 굵기가 0.3데니어 이하인 극세사섬유로 이루어진 부직포층(1), 굵기가 0.3데니어 이하인 극세사섬유로 이루어진 직물 또는 편물층(2) 및 폴리우레탄 수지로 구성되며, 상기 부직포층(1)의 극세사섬유와 직물 또는 편물층(2)의 극세사섬유들이 서로 교락, 결합 되어 있고, 봉목강도가 30kg/mm 이상이며, 정하중신율이 20% 이하이며, 강연도가 80mm 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 저신장성 및 유연성이 우수한 인공피혁용 복합시트.
- 17항에 있어서, 인공피혁용 복합시트의 표면에 위치하는 극세사 섬유가 입모(立毛) 되어있는 것을 특징으로 하는 저신장성 및 유연성이 우수한 인공피혁용 복합시트.
