Claims (6)
- 充填ラインに取り付けられ、かつ充填袋に対して左右対称的に設置されたブラケットを含み、前記対称的に設置されたブラケットのそれぞれが、タイバーに連動して水平方向に相対移動することができるものである、自動充填ライン用バイオニック袋開封装置において、
前記ブラケットの挟持部の先端には充填袋向きに袋押し板が設けられ、
前記袋押し板の水平する上部と下部には横一列の挟持孔が設置され、
前記袋押し板の後部にあるブラケットには、それぞれ前記2列の挟持孔に対応する上下2列の挟持部が設置され、1つの挟持部駆動装置で2列の挟持部の開閉を駆動し、挟持部の先端は上下2列の挟持孔から進退することを特徴とする自動充填ライン用バイオニック袋開封装置。 - 前記挟持部駆動装置が挟持部を連結する原動挟持アームと、従動挟持アームと、駆動アームによって連動される揺動アームとを含むものであり、
前記揺動アームの一端が第一回転軸に固定的に接続されるものであり、
前記第一回転軸は揺動アームの揺動に連動して回転し、第一回転軸に固定的に取り付けられている一列の挟持アームが原動挟持アームとして機能し、
前記第一回転軸には原動ギアが設けられており、第一回転軸と平行に第二回転軸が設けられ、
前記第二回動軸に固定的に取り付けられている一列の挟持アームが従動挟持アームとして機能し、
前記第二回転軸には前記原動ギアに対応して従動ギアが設けられ、原動ギアと従動ギアは相互に噛み合い、駆動アームに連動されて揺動アームが第一回転軸で回転され、
前記第一回転軸の原動ギアに連動して従動ギアが回転し、従動ギアに連動して第二回転軸が回転し、第一回転軸と第二回転軸の回転により、原動挟持アームと従動挟持アームが開閉することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の自動充填ライン用バイオニック袋開封装置。 - 前記駆動アームは、エアシリンダの押しアーム、ハイドロシリンダーの押しアーム、又はモータに連動される押圧アームに連結されることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の自動充填ライン用バイオニック袋開封装置。
- 前記一側のブラケットの袋押し板の両側に、充填袋向きにそれぞれ補助吸盤が設置されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の自動充填ライン用バイオニック袋開封装置。
- 前記補助吸盤の吸盤面が袋押し板の平面を押し込むものであることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の自動充填ライン用バイオニック袋開封装置。
- 前記補助吸盤の吸盤面は、2mm〜4mmの深さで袋押し板の平面を押し込むものであることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の自動充填ライン用バイオニック袋開封装置。
