電力網システムへのPVユニットの接続、
設置時の電気的接続手段を改良したPVシステム、およびPVユニットおよび/または関連する手順、方法、サブアセンブリなどの提供、
構成部品類のケーブルおよび共有化を減らすことによりシステムのコストの差額を減少したPVシステム、PVユニット、および/または関連する手順、方法、サブアセンブリなどの提供、
電力出力、安全性およびモニタリングに対するシステムの最適化を強化するための高精密レベルの調整を有するPVシステム、およびPVユニットおよび/または関連する手順、方法、サブアセンブリなどの提供、
設計に取り入れた熱安定性により材料の損耗を減らしたPVシステム、およびPVユニットおよび/または関連する手順、方法、サブアセンブリなどの提供、
構成部品の寿命が延びたPVシステムおよび、PVユニットおよび/または関連する手順、方法、サブアセンブリの提供、などである。
Claims (21)
- 1つ以上の追加のルーフィングパネルと相互接続するためのルーフィングパネルであって、インバータに結合されたPVセルと、別のルーフィングパネルおよび/またはACグリッドおよび/またはACインバータに電力を伝送するための、および/または別のルーフィングパネルから電力を受け取るための無線電力伝達回路と、を備えるルーフィングパネル。
- 前記無線電力伝達回路が、誘導子および整流器を備える受電回路を備える、請求項1に記載のルーフィングパネル。
- 前記無線電力伝達回路が、前記インバータに結合された誘導子と、存在する場合には前記受電回路と、を備える送電回路を備える、請求項1または2に記載のルーフィングパネル。
- 前記グリッドへの送電用の、前記受電回路の前記インバータおよび前記整流器に結合された前記PVセルからの電力を受け取り、かつ反転するためのグリッドインバータをさらに備える、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載のルーフィングパネル。
- 前記グリッドインバータが、単極のインバータである、請求項4に記載のルーフィングパネル。
- オーバーラップしている領域およびアンダーラップしている領域と、前記オーバーラップしている領域内のPVセル用の1つ以上のPV領域と、前記アンダーラップしている領域内の電力変換モジュール用の凹部と、を備えるルーフィングパネル。
- ルーフィングシステムにおいて前記ルーフィングパネルが他のルーフィングパネルとともに設けられているときに、空気流を供給する通気路を生成する前記アンダーラップしている領域に、1つ以上の成形特徴部をさらに備える、請求項6に記載のルーフィングパネル。
- 1つ以上のPV領域内の1つ以上のPVセルと、前記1つ以上のPVセルの出力に接続された前記凹部内の電力変換モジュールと、をさらに備える、請求項6または7に記載のルーフィングパネル。
- それぞれが無線電力伝達用コイルおよび/または変圧器を担持するための、第1のコイル領域と第2のコイル領域とをさらに備える、請求項6から8のいずれか一項に記載のルーフィングパネル。
- 前記電力変換モジュールが、1つ以上のPVセルの前記出力に接続された/接続するための入力と、前記入力に結合されたDC−ACインバータと、出力ACグリッドバスに接続するための出力と、を備える、請求項6から9のいずれか一項に記載のルーフィングパネル。
- 前記ルーフィングパネルが、前記第1のコイル領域内の第1のコイルと、前記第2のコイル領域内の第2のコイルと、を備え、前記第1のコイルおよび前記第2のコイルが、対応するルーフィングパネルのそれぞれのコイルと誘導結合するために、各コイルが、前記電力変換モジュールに結合される、請求項6から10のいずれか一項に記載のルーフィングパネル。
- 前記第1のコイル領域に、DCバスまたはACバス上のそれぞれのコイルと誘導結合するための第1のコイル領域を備える、請求項6から10のいずれか一項に記載のルーフィングパネル。
- 第1のルーフィングパネルの前記第1のコイル領域が、隣接したルーフィングパネルの対応するコイル領域と一致するように設けられ、その結果、それぞれの第1のコイルおよび対応するコイルが誘導的に結合して、一方のルーフィングパネルからもう一方のルーフィングパネルまで電力を伝達する、請求項6から12のいずれか一項に記載の複数のルーフィングパネル。
- 第1のルーフィングパネルの前記第1のコイル領域が、他のルーフィングパネルに無線結合し、かつ、前記出力ACグリッドバスに直接的または間接的に結合しているDCバスまたはACバス上の、対応するコイルと一致するように設けられている、請求項6から13のいずれか一項に記載の複数のルーフィングパネル。
- 屋根を形成する基板またはフレーム上に設けられている、請求項6から14のいずれか一項に記載の複数のルーフィングパネル。
- 前記1つ以上の成形特徴部が、設置時に前記ルーフィングパネルを基板またはフレームからずらして前記通気路を生成するとともに、前記凹部が、前記1つ以上の成形特徴部によって生成された前記通気路の中にあり、前記凹部が、前記凹部内の電力変換モジュールから前記通気路内の空気流への熱伝達を増大させる輪郭形状を備える、請求項7から15のいずれか一項に記載のルーフィングパネル。
- 前記凹部が、前記凹部内の前記電力変換モジュールを前記アンダーラップしている領域に生成された通気路内の空気流に熱的に結合させるための熱材を有し、前記熱材が、熱伝導性材料でドープされる、請求項15に記載のルーフィングパネル。
- 前記PVセルからの出力を捕捉し、伝達し、かつ反転させて、ACグリッドに伝達するための電力変換モジュールおよびPVセルが、前記ルーフィングパネルの成形特徴部に組み込まれている、請求項1から17のいずれか一項に記載の複数の相互接続されたルーフィングパネルを備える、エネルギー出力を供給するルーフィングシステム。
- 各ルーフィングパネルが、無線電力伝達回路を介して先行する従属ルーフィングパネルから電力を受け取り、かつ、各従属ルーフィングパネルが、前記無線電力伝達回路を介して後続のルーフィングパネルに電力を伝送するように設けられている、1つ以上の、請求項1から18のいずれか一項に記載の従属ルーフィングパネルと、少なくとも1つの、請求項4または5に記載の主ルーフィングパネルと、を備える2つ以上のルーフィングパネル。
- 先行するルーフィングパネルから前記無線電力伝達回路を介して伝送される電力を受け取り、および前記電力を有線電力伝達または無線電力伝達を介して後続のルーフィングパネルに伝送するためのノードを有するバスをさらに備える、2つ以上の、請求項19に記載のルーフィングパネル。
- 1つ以上の追加のルーフィングパネルと相互接続するためのルーフィングパネルであって、インバータに結合されたPVセルと、別のルーフィングパネルおよび/または前記ACグリッドに電力を伝送するための、および/または別のルーフィングパネルから電力を受け取るための有線電力伝達回路および/または導体および/または端子などと、を備えるルーフィングパネル。
