Abstract
Description
図1は、実施の形態1における電池用正極材料1000の概略構成を示す図である。
電池用正極材料1000は、例えば、下記の方法により、製造されうる。
以下、実施の形態2が説明される。上述の実施の形態1と重複する説明は、適宜、省略される。
以下、実施の形態3が説明される。上述の実施の形態1と重複する説明は、適宜、省略される。
以下、実施の形態4が説明される。上述の実施の形態1〜3と重複する説明は、適宜、省略される。
市販のNCA粉末(戸田工業製 NAT−7050 BET比表面積 0.41m2/g)2gに対して、V2O5で被覆した。
硫化リチウム(Li2S)と五硫化二リン(P2S5)を、それぞれ4.073g、4.927g(モル比 80:20)を秤量した。
実施例1のバナジウム化合物で被覆したNCA粉末と、上述の固体電解質粉末と、を重量比で7:3になるように秤量した。これをメノウ乳鉢で十分に混合したものを、正極合剤とした。
市販のNCA粉末(戸田工業製 NAT−7050 BET比表面積 0.41m2/g)2gに対して、LiV2O5で被覆した。
市販のNCA粉末(戸田工業製 NAT−7050 BET比表面積 0.41m2/g)2gに対して、Li3V6O13で被覆した。
市販のNCA粉末(戸田工業製 NAT−7050 BET比表面積 0.41m2/g)を未被覆で用いた。
実施例1および実施例2および比較例1の全固体リチウム二次電池のそれぞれは、70μA(0.05C相当)の定電流で3.7Vまで充電した。その後、20分間の休止の後、70μAの定電流で1.85Vまで放電を行った。これにより、初期充放電特性を評価した。
固体電解質として、Li2S−SiS2系の固体電解質を用いた。
実施例4と同じLi2S−SiS2系の固体電解質を用いた以外は、上述の比較例1と同様にして、全固体リチウム二次電池を作製した。
上述の実施例4および比較例2の全固体リチウム二次電池を用いて、上述の電気化学特性の評価1と同様の評価を行った。
正極活物質として、LCO(日亜化学 D50=16.7μm BET=0.17m2/g)を用いた。
上述の実施例5と同じ正極活物質を用いた以外は、上述の比較例1と同様にして、全固体リチウム二次電池を作製した。
上述の実施例5および比較例3の全固体リチウム二次電池を用いて、上述の電気化学特性の評価1と同様の評価を行った。

前記正極活物質粒子は、リチウムイオンを吸蔵・放出する遷移金属酸化物を含み、
前記被覆層は、実質的に、バナジウムと酸素のみからなる層であり、
前記被覆層と前記固体電解質とは、接している、
電池。 - 前記被覆層は、実質的に、一般式V2O5で表される化合物のみからなる層である、
