【解決手段】本開示の一実施態様の装飾シートは、上面及び下面を有するフィルム層と、前記フィルム層の下面に接着された感圧接着層であって、アクリル系接着剤と、前記アクリル系接着剤100質量部に対し、5質量部〜10質量部のポリリン酸アンモニウムとを含有する感圧接着剤組成物を含む感圧接着層とを有する。

装飾シートの総発熱量はISO 5660−1に準拠してコーンカロリメータ法により評価する。コーンカロリメータのサンプル設置部位に試験片(10cm×10cm)を水平に置き、その上方からコーン型の電気ヒーターにより50kW/m2の輻射加熱を与え、電気スパークの口火により着火させ、20分間の試験を行う。発熱量は燃焼ガス分析により酸素消費量に基づいて決定される。
長さ150mm×幅25.4mmに装飾シートを切断し試験片とする。試験基材として70mm×150mm×1mm厚のアルミ板に装飾シート(スリーエムジャパン株式会社製、DI−NOC(登録商標)フィルムPS−959)を貼り合せたものを用意する。試験片を試験基材と一緒に5℃の環境下で24時間放置する。
BA/AA=94/6(質量比)のモノマー混合物を酢酸エチル中で共重合してアクリル系コポリマーの38質量%溶液をアクリル系接着剤として調製した。得られたアクリル系コポリマーの数平均分子量Mnは9.7×104、重量平均分子量Mwは6.5×105、多分散度Mw/Mnは6.7、ガラス転移温度Tgは−48℃であった。
例1で使用したアクリル系接着剤100質量部に対して2.17質量部のコロネート(商標)L−55Eを架橋剤としてアクリル系接着剤に添加した。アクリル系接着剤100質量部に対し、表3に示すポリリン酸アンモニウム(APP)又はその他の難燃剤が表3に示す配合量で含まれるように、難燃剤とアクリル系接着剤を混合して感圧接着剤組成物を調製した。
