Abstract
Description
i.第1及び第2の主表面を有するポリ塩化ビニル系防水層(2)と、
ii.防水層(2)の第2の主表面の少なくとも一部に被覆されてこれを覆う接着剤層(3)と、
iii.場合により、剥離ライナー(4)と、を含む自己接着性ルーフィングシート(1)であり、この場合に、接着層はアクリル感圧接着剤層である。
a)25〜65重量%、好ましくは30〜60重量%のポリ塩化ビニル樹脂と、
b)15〜50重量%、好ましくは20〜40重量%の少なくとも1つの可塑剤と、
c)0〜30重量%、好ましくは0〜20重量%の少なくとも1つの不活性無機フィラーと、
を含む。
図1は、防水層(2)と、接着剤層(3)と、接着剤層(3)の外側主表面を覆う剥離ライナー(4)とを含むルーフィングシート(1)の断面を示す。この実施形態では、接着剤層(3)は、防水層(2)の第2の主表面の実質的に全領域を覆い、剥離ライナー(4)は、防水層(2)の第2の主表面とは反対側を向く接着剤層(3)の外側主表面の実質的に全領域を覆う。
本発明によるルーフィングシートを、名目上の厚さ1.5mmを有するPVC膜Sarnafil G410−15(SikaAGから入手可能)を140g/m2の塗布量を用いて水性アクリル分散系感圧接着剤の層で被覆することによって調製した。塗布した接着剤層を、厚さ80μmのシリコーン処理したPE剥離ライナーで覆った。
金属表面からの剥離抵抗は、EN DIN 1372規格に定義される方法を用いて測定した。剥離抵抗測定において、試験されたルーフィングシートの試験ストリップは、Zwick引張り試験装置及び100mm/分の一定のクロスビーム速度を使用して90°の剥離角度で剥離された。平均剥離抵抗は、約10cmの長さに渡る剥離中のストリップの幅当たりの平均剥離力[N/50mm]として計算され、従って合計の剥離長の最初と最後の5分の1を計算から除外した。平均剥離抵抗値は、2つの同様のルーフィングシートを用いて得られた測定値の平均として計算された。

- i.第1及び第2の主表面を有するポリ塩化ビニル系防水層(2)と、
ii.前記防水層(2)の前記第2の主表面の少なくとも一部に被覆されて、これを覆う接着剤層(3)と、
iii.場合により、剥離ライナー(4)と、
を含む自己接着性ルーフィングシート(1)であって、前記接着層がアクリル感圧接着剤であることを特徴とする、自己接着性ルーフィングシート(1)。 - 前記接着剤層(3)は、前記防水層(2)の前記第2の主表面の実質的に全領域を覆うことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のルーフィングシート。
- 前記接着剤層(3)は、前記接着剤層の総重量に基づいて、少なくとも85重量%、好ましくは少なくとも90重量%の少なくとも1つのアクリルポリマーを含むことを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載のルーフィングシート。
- 前記少なくとも1つのアクリルポリマーは、0℃未満、好ましくは−20℃未満のガラス転移温度(Tg)を有することを特徴とし、これが1Hzの印加周波数及び0.1%の歪みレベルを使用して動的機械分析(DMA)によって決定される、請求項3に記載のルーフィングシート。

- 前記防水層(2)は、全ての割合が前記防水層(2)の全重量に基づいて、

- 前記繊維材料の層(5)は、15〜150g/m2、好ましくは25〜100g/m2の単位面積当たりの質量を有する不織布であることを特徴とする、請求項11に記載のルーフィングシート。
- 前記不織布は、無機繊維、好ましくはガラス繊維を含むことを特徴とする、請求項12に記載のルーフィングシート。
- 剥離ライナー(4)を更に含み、これが前記防水層(2)の前記第2の主表面とは反対側を向く前記接着剤層(3)の外側主表面の少なくとも一部を覆うことを特徴とする、請求項1〜13のいずれか一項に記載のルーフィングシート。
- ルーフ基材(6)及び前記接着剤層(3)を介して前記ルーフ基材(6)の表面に直接接着された、請求項1〜14のいずれか一項に記載のルーフィングシート(1)を含む完全に接着されたルーフシステム。
- 前記ルーフ基材(6)は、断熱板、カバー板、及び既存のルーフィングシートからなる群から選択されることを特徴とする、請求項15に記載の完全に接着されたルーフシステム。
- 前記防水層(2)の前記第2の主表面の全領域の少なくとも50%、好ましくは少なくとも75%、最も好ましくは少なくとも85%は、前記接着剤層(3)を介して前記ルーフ基材(6)の表面に結合されることを特徴とする、請求項15又は16に記載の完全に接着されたルーフシステム。
