Abstract
Description
PFSAイオノマーの通常の構造
(i)白金族金属(プラチナ、パラジウム、ロジウム、ルテニウム、イリジウム、オスミウム)、又は
(ii)金又は銀
から選択される。
(i)本発明のイオン伝導性膜を2つのガス拡散電極(一つのアノード及び一つのカソード)の間に挟むことができる。
(ii)片側が触媒層だけでコーティングされ、ガス拡散層とガス拡散電極との間に挟まれた本発明の触媒でコーティングされたイオン伝導性膜であり、ガス拡散層はイオン伝導性膜の触媒層でコーティングされた側に接触している。
(iii)両側が触媒層でコーティングされ、2つのガス拡散層の間に挟まれた本発明の触媒でコーティングされたイオン伝導性膜
を非限定的に含む、任意の数の方法で作製することができる。
酸化グラフェンは、Tour等によるACS Nano、2010、4(8)、4806〜4814ページに開示される方法に従って作製された。
Claims (14)
- イオン伝導性膜であって、(i)一又は複数の第1のイオン伝導性高分子を含む第1のイオン伝導層と、(ii)グラフェンベースのプレートレットを含む障壁層とを含む、イオン伝導性膜。
- 前記障壁層は、グラフェンが豊富に含まれた層であり、前記層の少なくとも80%が前記グラフェンベースのプレートレットからできている、請求項1に記載のイオン伝導性膜。
- 前記障壁層は、前記グラフェンベースのプレートレットから成る、請求項2に記載のイオン伝導性膜。
- 前記障壁層は、前記グラフェンベースのプレートレットに加えて第2の構成成分を含む、請求項3に記載のイオン伝導性膜。
- 前記第2の構成成分が、水、水溶性電解質、又はイオノマーから成るグループから選択される、請求項4に記載のイオン伝導性膜。
- 前記グラフェンベースのプレートレットは、0.1〜10のx:yアスペクト比と、少なくとも10のx:zアスペクト比と、少なくとも10のy:zアスペクト比とを有する、請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載のイオン伝導性膜。
- 前記グラフェンベースのプレートレットは、酸化グラフェン、スルホン化グラフェン酸化物、硫化グラフェン、水酸化グラフェン、炭酸グラフェン、及び窒化グラフェンからなるグループから選択される、請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載のイオン伝導性膜。
- 前記グラフェンベースのプレートレットは、酸化グラフェンである、請求項7に記載のイオン伝導性膜。
- 一又は複数の第2のイオン伝導性高分子を含む第2のイオン導電層をさらに含み、前記第2のイオン伝導層は、前記障壁層の前記第1のイオン伝導層と接触していない面に適用される、請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載のイオン伝導性膜。
- 前記障壁層は、1nm〜5μmの厚さを有する、請求項1から9のいずれか一項に記載のイオン伝導性膜。
- 請求項1から10のいずれか一項に記載のイオン伝導性膜と、前記イオン伝導性膜の少なくとも片側に堆積された電解触媒層とを含む、触媒でコーティングされたイオン伝導性膜。
- 電解触媒層が前記イオン伝導性膜の両側に堆積されている、請求項11に記載の触媒でコーティングされたイオン伝導性膜。
- 請求項1から10のいずれか一項に記載のイオン伝導性膜を含む膜電極アセンブリ。
- 請求項11又は12に記載の触媒でコーティングされたイオン伝導性膜を含む膜電極アセンブリ。
