前記冷凍車(1)は、少なくとも1つの第1の車両部分(2)及び少なくとも1つの第2の車両部分(3)を分離可能に備え、前記第1の車両部分(2)は内燃機関(4)を含み、前記可撓ライン(23)及び前記継手(25)が2つの車両部分(2,3)の間で2つの取り外し可能な接続部を形成することと、前記低温液化可燃性ガス(LNG)用の前記蒸発器(10)が前記第1の車両部分(2)に配置されることと、を特徴とする、請求項2に記載された冷凍車(1)。

前記第1の車両部分(2)は、低温液化可燃性ガス(LNG)、特に天然ガス、用の燃料タンクを備え、前記内燃機関(4)は可燃性ガス(LNG)で運転され、前記蒸発器(10)は燃料ライン(9)を介して一方が前記内燃機関(4)に他方が前記燃料タンク(7)に接続され、前記可燃性ガス(LNG)が内燃機関(4)へ導かれる、請求項3に記載された冷凍車(1)。

熱交換ループ(20)は第1の熱交換器(21)を備え、前記第1の熱交換器(21)が前記蒸発器(10)と熱交換できるとともに前記第1の熱交換器(21)が前記冷凍室(5)で前記補助熱交換器(22)と接続されるように前記第1の熱交換器(21)は前記冷凍車(1)に配置される、先行する請求項のいずれか1項に記載された冷凍車(1)。

前記熱交換ループ(20)は、冷媒を含み冷媒ポンプ(24)を備える、先行する請求項のいずれか1項に記載の冷凍車(1)。

前記低温液化可燃性ガス(LNG)を蒸発させるために前記蒸発器(10)へ追加の周辺空気を供給するための閉鎖可能な空気フラップ(30)を備える、先行する請求項のいずれか1項に記載された冷凍車(1)。

バイパス接続(27)及びバイパス弁(31)を備え、これらは、前記バイパス弁(31)を開放することによって前記補助熱交換器(22)迂回できるように配置される、請求項5から請求項7のいずれか1項に記載された冷凍車(1)。

低温液化可燃性ガス(LNG)及び液体窒素(LIN)の連結貯留及び/又は搬送のために、低温液化可燃性ガス(LNG)用の燃料タンク(7)と、液体窒素(LIN)用の第1の窒素タンク(41)と、前記燃料タンク(7)及び前記第2の窒素タンク(41)の間の熱交換接続部品(51)と、を備えるボイルオフ装置(50)は、前記冷凍車(1)に配置され、前記燃料タンク(7)の前記可燃性ガス(LNG)が直接的にまたは間接的に前記液体窒素(LIN)によって冷却又は保冷されるように設けられる、先行する請求項のいずれか1項に記載された冷凍車(1)。

低温液化可燃性ガス(LNG)特に液化天然ガスの蒸発のために、熱が冷凍室(5)から補助熱交換器(22)を介して取り出され熱交換ループ(20)を介して蒸発器へ導かれる、ことを特徴とする冷凍車(1)の少なくとも1つの冷凍室(5)を少なくとも1つの補助熱交換器(22)を介して冷却するための冷凍方法。

前記冷凍車(1)は、フルトレーラ用トラクタ及び蒸発器(10)を備える第1の車両部分(2)と、前記冷凍室(5)及び前記補助熱交換器(22)を備える第2の車両部分(3)とに、前記熱交換ループ(20)の可撓ライン(23)中の2つの取り外し可能な継手(25)を介して分けられる、前記低温液化可燃性ガス(LNG)は、燃料タンク(7)へ貯留され、燃料ライン(9)好ましくは燃料ポンプ(8)を介して前記蒸発器(10)へ導かれ、その後内燃機関(4)へ供給される、そして、前記蒸発のために要求される熱は、前記熱交換ループ(20)を介して前記冷凍室(5)から取り出される、請求項11に記載された冷凍方法。

前記補助熱交換器(22)を介して前記冷凍室(5)から取り出された前記熱は、前記熱交換ループ(20)中の冷媒へ伝達され、冷媒ポンプ(24)を介して第1の熱交換器(21)へ導かれ、そして、前記第1の熱交換器(21)を介して前記蒸発器(10)へ伝達される、請求項11または請求項12に記載された冷凍方法。

環境からの追加の熱を閉鎖可能な空気フラップ(30)を介して前記蒸発器(10)へ供給する、請求項11から請求項13のいずれか1項に記載された冷凍方法。

前記冷凍室(5)が冷却を必要としない場合に、バイパス弁(31)を開けることによってバイパス接続(27)及びバイパス弁(31)を通して、前記補助熱交換器(22)は迂回される、請求項11から請求項14のいずれか1項に記載された冷凍方法。

前記冷媒ポンプ(24)は、機械式ポンプ駆動(26)を介して前記内燃機関(4)で直接的に運転される、請求項13に記載された冷凍方法。
Claims (16)
- 少なくとも1つの補助熱交換器(22)を介して冷却される少なくとも1つの冷凍室(5)を備え、
前記冷凍室(5)の前記補助熱交換器(22)は、低温液化可燃性ガス(LNG)用の蒸発器(10)と熱を交換することのできる熱交換ループ(20)を他の構成と接続されることを特徴とする冷凍車(1)。 - 前記補助熱交換器(22)は、継手(25)及び可撓ライン(23)を介して前記熱交換ループ(20)の他の構成と接続される、請求項1に記載された冷凍車(1)。
- 前記冷凍車(1)は、少なくとも1つの第1の車両部分(2)及び少なくとも1つの第2の車両部分(3)を分離可能に備え、前記第1の車両部分(2)は内燃機関(4)を含み、前記可撓ライン(23)及び前記継手(25)が2つの車両部分(2,3)の間で2つの取り外し可能な接続部を形成することと、前記低温液化可燃性ガス(LNG)用の前記蒸発器(10)が前記第1の車両部分(2)に配置されることと、を特徴とする、請求項2に記載された冷凍車(1)。
- 前記第1の車両部分(2)は、低温液化可燃性ガス(LNG)、特に天然ガス、用の燃料タンクを備え、前記内燃機関(4)は可燃性ガス(LNG)で運転され、前記蒸発器(10)は燃料ライン(9)を介して一方が前記内燃機関(4)に他方が前記燃料タンク(7)に接続され、前記可燃性ガス(LNG)が内燃機関(4)へ導かれる、請求項3に記載された冷凍車(1)。
- 熱交換ループ(20)は第1の熱交換器(21)を備え、前記第1の熱交換器(21)が前記蒸発器(10)と熱交換できるとともに前記第1の熱交換器(21)が前記冷凍室(5)で前記補助熱交換器(22)と接続されるように前記第1の熱交換器(21)は前記冷凍車(1)に配置される、先行する請求項のいずれか1項に記載された冷凍車(1)。
- 前記熱交換ループ(20)は、冷媒を含み冷媒ポンプ(24)を備える、先行する請求項のいずれか1項に記載された冷凍車(1)。
- 前記低温液化可燃性ガス(LNG)を蒸発させるために前記蒸発器(10)へ追加の周辺空気を供給するための閉鎖可能な空気フラップ(30)を備える、先行する請求項のいずれか1項に記載された冷凍車(1)。
- バイパス接続(27)及びバイパス弁(31)を備え、これらは、前記バイパス弁(31)を開放することによって前記補助熱交換器(22)迂回できるように配置される、請求項5から請求項7のいずれか1項に記載された冷凍車(1)。

- 低温液化可燃性ガス(LNG)特に液化天然ガスの蒸発のために、熱が冷凍室(5)から補助熱交換器(22)を介して取り出され熱交換ループ(20)を介して蒸発器へ導かれる、ことを特徴とする冷凍車(1)の少なくとも1つの冷凍室(5)を少なくとも1つの補助熱交換器(22)を介して冷却するための冷凍方法。

- 前記補助熱交換器(22)を介して前記冷凍室(5)から取り出された前記熱は、前記熱交換ループ(20)中の冷媒へ伝達され、冷媒ポンプ(24)を介して第1の熱交換器(21)へ導かれ、そして、前記第1の熱交換器(21)を介して前記蒸発器(10)へ伝達される、請求項11または請求項12に記載された冷凍方法。
- 環境からの追加の熱を閉鎖可能な空気フラップ(30)を介して前記蒸発器(10)へ供給する、請求項11から請求項13のいずれか1項に記載された冷凍方法。
